<Update label="2026-07-13" description="July 2026 release" tags={['Orders & POS', 'Delivery', 'Events', 'Settings', 'Integrations', 'Mobile']} rss="Redesigned delivery runs with an arrival estimate for every stop, delivered-first orders, a preparing stage and one-click tracking links on order tracking, a rebuilt Order Board wall display for the workroom TV, automatic receipt emails on paid POS sales, advanced notification rules, PO numbers on events, default payment terms, password reset from the sign-in screen, a store switcher, full-screen photos and a redesigned run screen in the app, one-off products that stay with their own order, emoji in printed card messages, a fulfilment notification when you mark an order fulfilled, a PIN for switching to a higher-access user, relay orders on the Order Sales export, an Events everyday-order allowance, plan-aware apps and modules, plus placeholders in one-off event messages and a Direct2Florist pricing improvement.">
  ## Added

  * **Delivered-first orders** — set an order's fulfilment time to First and it's delivered before every other stop on its run, with no time slot needed. Building a route flags any delivered-first orders so the run is planned around them. See [Delivery](/daily-operations/delivery).
  * **Auto-email receipts on till sales** — when a POS sale is paid in full, the receipt can be emailed to the customer automatically. Walk-in sales and customers without an email address are skipped. Off by default; enable it under **Settings > Locations** (or **Settings > Shop Settings** if you have a single location) in the POS & End-of-Day section. See [POS](/daily-operations/pos).
  * **Advanced notification rules** — each notification under **Settings > Notifications** gains an Advanced panel where you can force it on, or switch it off, for a particular order type, location, or connected platform. See [Notifications](/settings/notifications-events).
  * **Require location sharing for drivers** — when enabled, drivers must turn on location sharing in the Digital Florists App before starting or continuing a delivery run, so live tracking is never missing mid-run. Off by default; enable it under **Settings > General > Delivery**. See [Delivery tracking](/daily-operations/delivery-tracking).
  * **Customer tracking links switch** — one master switch controls customer delivery tracking. Turn it off and no tracking links are created, staff can't copy them from orders, and links already sent stop working. On by default; find it under **Settings > General > Delivery**. See [Delivery tracking](/daily-operations/delivery-tracking).
  * **PO numbers on events** — events carry an optional purchase order reference that flows through to their invoices. See [Creating an event](/events/creating-an-event).
  * **Default payment terms** — set your shop's own default payment terms for account customers, filled in for new credit customers and used to work out invoice due dates when a customer has no terms of their own. 30 days out of the box; change it under **Settings > General > Invoicing**. See [Account customers](/business/account-customers).
  * **Reset your password from the sign-in screen** — a Forgot password? link emails you a reset link, and a guided screen walks you through setting a new password. See [Password resets](/daily-operations/password-resets).
  * **Time allowed at each delivery stop** — route timings now include time at the door for every stop, so arrival estimates stay realistic on long runs. Five minutes by default; adjust it under **Settings > General > Delivery**.
  * **Companion App: store switcher** — multi-location shops can switch the app between locations, or view all at once, from the home, Orders and Tasks screens, and order details show which location an order belongs to. See [Companion App](/get-started/companion-app).
  * **PIN when switching to a higher-access user** — require the other user's PIN before the active user can switch to an account with more access, so an elevated login isn't picked up by accident on a shared computer. Off by default; enable it under **Settings > General > Regional & Access**.

  ## Changed

  * **REDESIGNED: Delivery runs** — creating a run now sets a planned departure time, whether to respect customers' time requests, and whether to lock the stop order; the run view shows an estimated arrival time for every stop, a projected return time, route status at a glance, and the driver's route as it happens. See [Delivery](/daily-operations/delivery).
  * **REDESIGNED: Order Board** — the workroom Order Board is now a live wall display for a TV. Big make-up tickets flow across a fixed status rail with live counts, overdue and due-soon orders stand out, finished orders drop to a compact strip, and a rolling view follows the day and moves on to tomorrow once the day's work is done. Open it from the dashboard **Displays** menu. See [Order Board](/daily-operations/order-board).
  * **Ending a run with undelivered stops** — ending a delivery run returns any undelivered orders to ready for fulfilment so they can go out on another run, with a confirmation spelling out exactly what will happen first. See [Delivery](/daily-operations/delivery).
  * **Order tracking shows a preparing stage** — the tracking page a customer opens now shows their order being prepared until the driver sets off, then switches to out for delivery with live progress. See [Delivery tracking](/daily-operations/delivery-tracking).
  * **Tracking links are easier to set up** — the default Out for Delivery email includes the tracking button out of the box, the template editor shows a one-click **Add tracking link** prompt on both channels, and the link itself is much shorter (around 50 characters), so adding it to an SMS usually still fits in one text. The SMS character count now estimates the message as it will actually send. See [Delivery tracking](/daily-operations/delivery-tracking#sending-the-link).
  * **Smoother tracking page** — the customer tracking page updates the driver's position, arrival estimate, and status in place instead of reloading, moves the van smoothly between updates, says honestly when the driver's GPS signal drops, and invites a review once the order is delivered (using your location's review link).
  * **One tracking link per order** — re-sending a notification or copying the link from the order screen reuses the same link instead of quietly replacing it, so the link a customer already received keeps working. Links for undelivered stops stay alive at the end of a run ready for redelivery, and cancelling an order switches its tracking page off.
  * **Delivered and Carded messages can link the confirmation page** — add the tracking link to those templates and the customer can open their delivery confirmation, including the proof-of-delivery photo. See [Notification templates](/settings/notifications-templates).
  * **Placeholders in one-off event messages** — insert the quote link, access code, event date, and payment details into a one-off email or SMS sent from an event, with the real values filled in as the message sends. See [Sending a Proposal](/events/sending-proposals#sending-a-one-off-message-with-quote-details).
  * **Address label copies** — choose whether address labels print one per product line, one per item, or one per order, with multi-label sets numbered (1 of 3, 2 of 3, and so on). One per product line by default; configure under **Settings > General > Printing**. See [Label printers](/get-started/connect-label-printers).
  * **Clearer worksheets** — worksheet PDFs lay out items, prices, quantities and totals more clearly, with product notes, ingredients, the card message and the fulfilment charge all in one place.
  * **Areas Overview breakdowns** — the Areas Overview report breaks each area down by town, county, country and postcode area, splits direct sales from integration sales, and adds order share, average order value, advanced filters, and an export in the page header.
  * **Make-up list printouts can hide prices** — hide the price and cost columns on printed event make-up lists, so the workroom copy shows only what's being made. Off by default; enable it under **Settings > General > Events**. See [Event day](/events/event-day).
  * **Product search finds more** — the product list under Settings matches on code, brand, designer, barcode and category as well as name, with the closest name matches first.
  * **Calendar refresh** — the events and tasks calendars get cleaner month and day views, a Today button, status and category badges, and filters for status, payment, proposal and team. See [Calendar](/events/calendar).
  * **Proposal templates fill in your details** — applying a template fills in the customer's name, the event date and venue, quotation totals, deposit and bank details, and the proposal link and access code, so a template is ready to send rather than a starting point to edit. See [Proposals](/events/proposals).
  * **Create ingredients from the picker** — add a missing ingredient without leaving the ingredient picker; it's created and selected in one step. See [Ingredients](/events/ingredients).
  * **Total VAT on order receipts** — A4 order receipts show a Total VAT row in the footer.
  * **INTEGRATION UPDATE: Direct2Florist** — incoming orders note the item's retail price alongside the network price when the two differ, so pricing is clear at a glance. See [Relay integrations](/settings/integrations/relay).
  * **Companion App: full-screen photos** — tap a product photo or an attachment on an order or task to view it full screen, with pinch-to-zoom.
  * **Driver App: redesigned run screen** — a run summary card shows progress, distance and estimated return time, with stops grouped into current, up next and delivered. See [For drivers](/get-started/for-drivers).
  * **Companion App: clearer printer status** — the Connect printer settings say exactly where setup stands (connected, printer needs review, no label printer selected, or an access token is needed), so printing problems are quicker to pin down.
  * **Repeat order summaries** — each repeat order leads with a summary of the products it reorders, and the orders screen gains a **Repeat Orders** button to reach them quickly. See [Repeat orders](/daily-operations/repeat-orders).
  * **Relay orders on the Order Sales export** — the Order Sales export adds a relay column, and its integration filter matches both the partner an order arrived through and the partner it was sent out to, so relayed orders show their partner instead of counting as none. See [Reports](/analytics/reports).
  * **Everyday orders on the Events plan** — the Events plan includes five manually entered everyday (non-event) orders each month for each location. The Orders screen shows how many remain, and event production orders don't count towards it. See [how Events and everyday orders fit together](/events/overview#events-plans-and-everyday-orders).
  * **Locked modules show an overview** — POS and Events stay in the navigation with a lock badge when they aren't part of your plan, and opening one shows an overview of what the module does with an option to book a call.
  * **The Digital Florists App matches your plan** — the app shows only the tools your plan includes: driver mode is hidden when delivery isn't part of your plan, and the order screens when orders aren't, with tasks still available.

  ## Fixed

  * **Notification buttons dialog** — the Manage Buttons dialog under **Settings > Notifications** scrolls when it holds several buttons, so the save button is always reachable, and there's room for more custom buttons.
  * **Blank addresses** — saved addresses with no details no longer appear in the customer and order address pickers.
  * **Map pin checks** — an address whose map pin can't be matched to its postcode shows a message asking you to check the pin, instead of being treated as unusable.
  * **Dates stay on the day you picked** — order fulfilment, delivery run and task dates keep their calendar date everywhere, including around the clock change.
  * **End of Day exports match the dates selected** — a date-range export covers exactly the days you picked.
  * **Hidden ingredients stay hidden** — recipe items hidden on an event no longer appear in automation checklists or quotation category breakdowns.
  * **VAT on multi-item receipt lines** — receipt lines with a quantity above one show the VAT for the whole line.
  * **One-off products stay with their order** — editing a one-off (custom) product on an order changes only that order, leaving other orders and past receipts that used the same one-off product unchanged. See [Orders](/daily-operations/orders).
  * **Emoji in printed card messages** — card messages with emoji print cleanly on worksheets and PDF documents, the same as on labels printed through Connect.
  * **Fulfilment notification when you mark an order fulfilled** — marking an order fulfilled from the order actions sends the customer's fulfilment notification, in step with the other status changes. See [Orders](/daily-operations/orders).
  * **Driver App: reassigned runs** — when a run is handed to another driver, the run screen shows a clear message that it's no longer yours, with a link back to your runs list. See [For drivers](/get-started/for-drivers).
  * **Driver punctuality survives run edits** — a run's punctuality score holds up when a stop's recorded time changes in a later edit; only stops with both a planned and an actual time are scored, and a run that can't be scored shows as **Insufficient data** with an **Unscored Runs** count instead of dropping out of the report.
  * **Driver App: opening an unclaimed run** — tapping a delivery run that hasn't been assigned to anyone yet opens it so a driver can pick it up.
</Update>

<Update label="2026-07-13" description="Connect desktop app release" tags={['Connect']} rss="A new Connect desktop release: send Connect's full logs to support in one click with a pre-drafted email, and switch a Star receipt printer to Windows driver compatibility mode when its Windows queue won't accept normal printing.">
  ## Added

  * **Send logs to support** — a button under **Settings > About** packages Connect's full logs into one file, opens the folder they're saved in, and drafts an email to our support team, ready for you to attach the file and send. See [Sharing logs with support](/get-started/connect#sharing-logs-with-support).

  ## Changed

  * **Windows driver compatibility mode for Star receipt printers** — a Star receipt printer whose Windows queue won't accept Connect's normal receipt printing can switch to compatibility mode and print through the Windows driver instead, with cutting and the cash drawer set in the printer's own Windows preferences. Turn it on under the gear icon on the printer card during setup, or in **Settings > Printers** afterwards. See [Windows driver compatibility mode](/get-started/connect-receipt-printers#windows-driver-compatibility-mode).
</Update>

<Update label="2026-07-06" description="Connect desktop app release" tags={['Connect', 'Integrations']} rss="Connect remembers your relay portal sign-ins, sends bulky Interflora Spain order sheets reliably, and keeps a label batch printing when one label has a problem.">
  ## Added

  * **Saved portal sign-ins** — when you sign in to the Interflora Florist Hub, eFlorist or Interflora Spain through Connect, it offers to save the login, encrypted and kept only on that computer, and fills it in for you next time. More than one login per portal is supported. See [Relay integration](/get-started/connect-relay).

  ## Changed

  * **INTEGRATION UPDATE: Interflora Spain** — bulky order sheets are slimmed down before they're sent, and a sheet too large to send automatically shows a clear message so it can be handled by hand. See [Relay integration](/get-started/connect-relay).

  ## Fixed

  * **Label batches carry on** — a label that can't be printed is skipped with a note, and the rest of the batch prints. See [Label printers](/get-started/connect-label-printers).
</Update>

<Update label="2026-06-15" description="June 2026 release" tags={['Orders & POS', 'Events', 'Integrations', 'Settings', 'Customers', 'Notifications']} rss="Online payment links from orders, proposals and event deposits, PaymentSense card entry in the dashboard, manual refund reconciliation, automation template variables and quick-start presets, POS receipts through Connect, reopening completed orders, a rebuilt Stripe hosted card flow with automatic setup, a redesigned transaction page, refund-route previews, an overpayment prompt when editing paid orders, plus Direct2Florist and Florist Window integration improvements.">
  ## Added

  * **MAJOR NEW FEATURE: Online payment links** — send a customer a secure pay-by-card link from an order, a proposal or an event deposit, and they settle it on a hosted page without signing in. The payment shows back against the order or event once it's paid, and a link can be cancelled or left to expire so it can't be paid later. See [Payment integrations](/settings/integrations/payments).
  * **PaymentSense card entry in the dashboard** — PaymentSense card entry appears inline on the order screen for keyed telephone payments. A refund started from the order screen is recorded once you complete the refund in PaymentSense and confirm it, since PaymentSense doesn't return funds automatically. See [Payment integrations](/settings/integrations/payments).
  * **Payment links keep working during updates** — a link you've already emailed a customer (an event deposit, a balance reminder, or a public order) still lets them pay even during a Digital Florists update or maintenance window. See [Payment integrations](/settings/integrations/payments).
  * **Event deposit links expire on the payment due date** — a payment link sent for an event deposit stops working once the event's payment due date has passed, so an unpaid link can't be used after the deadline. You can still cancel a link by hand before then. See [Payments and deposits](/events/payments-and-deposits).
  * **Payment links cancel themselves once you take the money** — if an order or event still has an open payment link and you take payment another way, the link is cancelled automatically, so a customer can't pay again through a link you sent earlier. See [Payment integrations](/settings/integrations/payments).
  * **Cancel a pending event payment link** — a Pending payment links panel above the event payments table lists each open link with a Cancel link button, so a link you sent in error stops working and you can take payment another way. Cancelling a link doesn't change the order or any recorded payments. See [Payments and deposits](/events/payments-and-deposits).
  * **Copyable connection address in integration setup** — opening an integration that needs a connection address from **Settings > Advanced > Integrations** shows the exact address to paste into the provider's own dashboard, with a Copy button and help text spelling out where it goes. See [Integrations](/settings/integrations).
  * **Manual provider refund reconciliation** — if a card payment came in through a provider that doesn't support automatic refunds, refund it in the provider first, then record the refund in Digital Florists by ticking a confirmation and entering the provider's refund reference. The recorded refund is flagged for a manager to check, and the recorded total then matches the customer's card statement. See [Refunds](/daily-operations/refunds).
  * **Gift card balance restored on refund** — refunding a payment that was tendered to a gift card credits the spent amount back onto the same card, with an entry on the card's history. The balance and the order total stay in sync without a manual top-up. See [Gift cards](/settings/gift-cards).
  * **Template variables in automation messages** — automation email subjects, email bodies and SMS messages support `{{ }}` variables such as `{{customer.first_name}}`, `{{order.number}}` and `{{event.date}}`, so each message is personalised to the customer and the record that triggered it. A variable picker under each message field shows the variables available for the automation type. See [Actions](/settings/automations-actions#template-variables) for the full list.
  * **Per-recipient contact variables in event fan-out automations** — when an event automation loops over event contacts, a new `{{contact.*}}` set (`{{contact.first_name}}`, `{{contact.email}}`, `{{contact.phone}}`, and so on) resolves to the recipient of the current iteration, so a single message can address the bride as "Sarah" and the groom as "Tom" without splitting the automation. See [Actions](/settings/automations-actions#per-recipient-contact-variables-event-automations-only).
  * **Review link variable on automation messages** — `{{location.review_link}}` resolves to the per-location review link configured under **Settings > Locations**, so a post-delivery or post-event thank-you automation can drop the right review link in for each shop without hand-coding it per template.
  * **Quick-start automation presets** — a Start from a preset dropdown on the Create Automation page loads a ready-made automation (funeral production timeline, wedding quote follow-up, wedding booking confirmation, ask-for-review, and more) into the form for you to review and adjust before saving, instead of starting from a blank form. The quote follow-up preset schedules its task 14 days after the quote is sent. See [Automations](/settings/automations).
  * **POS receipts print through Connect** — tills with Connect printing enabled print receipts and fire the cash drawer straight from the POS, with a per-device option to print the receipt automatically after each sale. Configure under **Settings > Advanced > Devices**. See [Connect receipt printers](/get-started/connect-receipt-printers).
  * **Reopen completed orders** — orders marked complete can now be reopened from the order actions menu, so you can correct a mistake without recreating the order from scratch. Only staff with permission can reopen an order, and every reopen is recorded against it. Configure who can under **Settings > Team**. See [Orders](/daily-operations/orders).

  ## Changed

  * **REDESIGNED: Transaction details page** — the transaction page leads with a single summary band showing the status badge, transaction ID, payment method and the key figures (total, net paid, outstanding, refunded, tax), so you see where a transaction stands without scrolling. Issue Refund has moved into the page header. See [Transactions](/daily-operations/transactions).
  * **Refunds honour the Orders (Refund) permission** — staff with the Orders (Refund) permission can now issue refunds without also being given full Transactions (Manage). The Issue Refund buttons on the transaction page and the till pick the permission up automatically; a PIN is still required. Managers and Admins have Orders (Refund) by default; your administrator can adjust who has it under [Team](/settings/team).
  * **Stripe hosted card entry** — the Stripe card form on the order screen has been rebuilt, filling in the customer's billing details for you and showing a clearer message while a card is being tried again. Payment links work as before; only the card-entry form has changed, and the phone-order wording is now Hosted Card Entry. Card details keyed in for a phone order go to Stripe as a telephone-order payment, which Stripe support has to switch on for your account; until they do, the payment shows a message telling you exactly what to ask Stripe for. See [Stripe](/settings/integrations/stripe).
  * **Stripe sets itself up** — enter your Stripe keys and the connection in your Stripe account is created automatically when you save, and test or live mode is detected from the keys, with no separate environment switch to set. Paste your own signing secret only if you manage the connection yourself. See [Stripe](/settings/integrations/stripe).
  * **Stripe restricted keys** — the Stripe credentials form accepts restricted keys (rk\_test\_ / rk\_live\_) alongside the existing secret keys, so you can give Digital Florists a key that's scoped to only what it needs. The Secret Key field is now labelled Secret or Restricted Key. See [Payment integrations](/settings/integrations/payments).
  * **INTEGRATION UPDATE: PaymentSense** — PaymentSense is now a self-serve tile in **Settings > Advanced > Integrations**, with a clearer Test or Live environment switch. The connection address PaymentSense calls is filled in for you, with an override field if your shop needs a custom one. See [Payment integrations](/settings/integrations/payments).
  * **Clearer payment method labels at checkout** — payment methods backed by a provider integration show a short tag (External, Hosted Entry, Gift Card) on the till and order screens, so you can tell a Stripe hosted form apart from a card sale you keyed in on your own terminal. See [Payment methods](/daily-operations/payment-methods).
  * **Refund route preview when cancelling an order** — the Cancel Order modal tells you upfront whether each refund will go back to the customer through Stripe automatically, be recorded internally only, or need a manual provider step (for example, a card refunded in PaymentSense first). The Issue Refund button stays disabled until any required step is acknowledged. See [Refunds](/daily-operations/refunds).
  * **Overpayment prompt when editing a paid order** — reducing a paid order's total below what's been paid pauses the save and asks what to do with the difference: refund it now, leave it recorded as a refund due, or cancel the edit. Refunding now routes back through the original payment method where the provider supports it. See [Refunds](/daily-operations/refunds).
  * **Event payments need a real payment method** — pay-on-fulfilment methods are no longer offered when taking a payment against an event, so a deposit or balance is always settled with an actual tender rather than left owing. See [Payments and deposits](/events/payments-and-deposits).
  * **Internal notes stay off event invoices** — event invoices leave out the event's internal notes and the notes your team adds to recipes for the workroom, keeping working notes out of customer paperwork. See [Invoicing](/business/invoicing).
  * **Proposal style presets keep your in-flight edits** — applying a style preset to a proposal swaps in the preset's design (colours, layout, image styling) while keeping the copy you've been typing. Headlines, subtitles, descriptions, and uploaded images stay exactly where they were. See [Proposal themes](/events/proposal-themes).
  * **Delivery and collection dates on receipts** — printed and emailed receipts show the order's delivery or collection date, labelled to match how the order is being fulfilled.
  * **Products spreadsheet downloads as Excel** — the products download and the import template come as .xlsx files, so barcodes keep their full digits and leading zeros when opened in Excel. See [Imports](/storefront/imports).
  * **INTEGRATION UPDATE: Direct2Florist** — clearer messages when a send can't go through: an item without a Direct2Florist catalogue product selected is named before anything is sent, and a rejection from Direct2Florist shows the actual reason on the order. See [Relay integrations](/settings/integrations/relay).

  ## Fixed

  * **INTEGRATION UPDATE: Florist Window** — discounted orders import with a Florist Window Discount line, so the order total matches what Florist Window paid and the order stays fully paid after an amendment. See [Website integrations](/settings/integrations/website).
  * **Florist Window recipient addresses** — incoming Florist Window orders reuse a customer's matching saved recipient address instead of adding a duplicate copy.
  * **Past orders keep their delivered address** — editing a customer or contact address updates the contact and any open orders, while fulfilled and cancelled orders keep the address they were actually delivered to.
  * **US addresses** — five-digit US postcodes keep their standard format, and US address search results show the street line once.
  * **More accurate delivery map pins** — typing a new address over a previous lookup re-checks the map pin instead of keeping the old one, an address that starts with a business or house name pins to its street, and UK and Ireland addresses get a much tighter wrong-pin check.
  * **Till sessions stay with their device** — closing a till session only closes the session on the device you're using, and End of Day always shows that device's session, even after staff move between tills. See [End of day](/daily-operations/pos-end-of-day).
  * **Deleted products take their variants with them** — deleting a product removes its variants too, so their barcodes stop scanning at the till, and restoring the product brings the same variants back. See [Products](/storefront/products).
  * **A gift card for every unit on multi-quantity sales** — buying a gift card product with a quantity above one now issues a separate card for each unit, rather than one card for the whole line. Each card has its own code, PIN and balance, with an entry in the order log. See [Gift cards](/settings/gift-cards).
  * **Send warnings clear when resolved** — cancelling an order clears any integration send warning from the dashboard and order list, and a successful resend clears an earlier failure from the order.
</Update>

<Update label="2026-06-15" description="Connect desktop app release" tags={['Connect', 'Mobile', 'Integrations', 'Orders & POS']} rss="A new Connect desktop release: pair Connect by clicking a link, print labels from your phone over the shop Wi-Fi, an Interflora Spain portal, a receipt command set picker for Star and Epson printers, landscape address labels with your logo, and clearer printer troubleshooting.">
  ## Added

  * **MAJOR NEW FEATURE: Print labels from your phone** — the Digital Florists App can print labels through the till computer over your shop's Wi-Fi. Turn it on in Connect under **Settings** > **Advanced settings** > **Companion app access**, check the connection with **Test reachability**, and add an access token if you want to control which phones can print. See [Connect settings](/get-started/connect-settings#companion-app-access).
  * **Pair Connect with a link** — click the connection link in Digital Florists under **Settings** > **Advanced** > **Integrations** > **Connect**, and Connect opens, confirms the shop, and pairs itself. No more copying an access token by hand, and switching shops keeps your printer setup. See [Connect](/get-started/connect).
  * **NEW INTEGRATION: Interflora Spain** — turn on Interflora Spain under **Relay settings** in Connect to add the portal to the home screen and include it in relay automations, with its own sign-in alongside the Florist Hub and eFlorist. See [Relay integration](/get-started/connect-relay).
  * **Receipt command set** — a new picker in Connect under **Settings** > **Printers** (Automatic, ESC/POS, or Star Line) for the case where a Star network printer prints text but doesn't cut or open the drawer. See [Receipt printers](/get-started/connect-receipt-printers).
  * **Landscape address labels** — Connect can print delivery address labels in an optional landscape layout that keeps the QR code on the right, with the option to add your business logo to each one. See [Label printers](/get-started/connect-label-printers).
  * **Business logo and font on receipts** — in Connect, upload your logo once and pick a receipt font, and both carry through to every receipt it prints. See [Receipt printing](/get-started/connect-receipts).

  ## Changed

  * **Printer setup flags problems early** — if Windows can no longer see a saved printer, Digital Florists Connect shows a review banner and its setup wizard prompts you to re-select the working printer, so receipts and labels keep printing. See [Printers](/get-started/connect-printers).
  * **Clearer settings in Digital Florists Connect** — Connect's settings sections have plainer names (the pairing screen is now **Connect to your shop**), and update status lives in **About**.
</Update>

<Update label="2026-05-31" description="May 2026 release" tags={['Analytics', 'Events', 'Orders & POS', 'Mobile', 'Delivery', 'Settings', 'Integrations']} rss="Areas overview analytics, mailing list and driver punctuality reports, a bulk delivery pictures export, the event quote breakdown on invoices, markup multiplier and price-locked variants, a separate funeral same-day cutoff, an unpaid-order warning before starting a run, driver-run ownership on the Companion App, a role-summary view on the Team page, Florist Touch order-status sync, and Shopify named-building house-name handling.">
  ## Added

  * **Areas overview analytics** — see where your orders are coming from, broken down by area, with filters for date range, location, integrations, order source and order type. Includes a top-areas chart, an integration-mix chart, and an Excel export so you can plan where to push marketing or open up new delivery zones.
  * **Mailing list report** — a new export under **Analytics > Export > Customers & Marketing** lists the contactable customers you can legally email, with filters for occasion history, total spend and location. Built for shops running their own newsletters or seasonal campaigns.
  * **Driver punctuality export** — a new export under **Analytics > Insights and Metrics** shows how on-time each driver is across delivery stops, broken down by date and run. Useful for performance reviews and spotting routing issues.
  * **Delivery pictures export** — bulk-download every delivery picture across a date range as a ZIP, organised so you can hand them to a customer, insurer or wholesaler in one go. Available under **Analytics > Export > Delivery Pictures**.
  * **Markup multiplier on product variants** — set a markup multiplier per variant so the retail price recalculates automatically whenever the ingredient cost changes. Saves repricing every recipe by hand when wholesale prices move. See [Recipes](/events/recipes).
  * **Price-locked variants** — flag a variant's price as locked so the cost-driven recalculation leaves it alone. Useful for promotional pricing, contract pricing, or anything you don't want drifting with ingredient costs.
  * **Funeral same-day cutoff** — set a separate cutoff time for funeral orders, so you can keep accepting same-day funeral work after your standard same-day deadline has passed. Configure under **Settings > General > Order Defaults**.
  * **Unpaid-order warning when starting a run** — opt in to a warning when a standard order on a run is still unpaid before the run starts, so you don't dispatch flowers that haven't been settled. **Off by default**; enable it under **Settings > General > Delivery**.
  * **Loyalty points reverse and reapply on order changes** — when a loyalty-paying order is reopened, cancelled or amended, accrued points are reversed and reapplied automatically, so the customer's balance stays in step with the order. See [Loyalty](/settings/loyalty).

  ## Changed

  * **Invoices show the quote breakdown** — event invoices now include the underlying quotation line items, so the customer sees exactly what's been charged for. See [Invoicing](/business/invoicing).
  * **Order lookup by transaction or payment ID** — the order lookup screen now accepts a transaction ID or a payment ID as well as an order reference, making it quicker to trace a card payment back to the right order during reconciliation. See [Transactions](/daily-operations/transactions).
  * **"Unfulfilled Orders" renamed to "Incomplete Orders"** — the dashboard widget covers anything still needing attention rather than only un-fulfilled stock, so the new name reflects what's actually in the list. See [Dashboard](/daily-operations/dashboard).
  * **Driver-run ownership** — drivers using the Companion App update only the orders, tasks and runs that belong to their own assigned run, so one driver can't accidentally complete or cancel another driver's work. See [Delivery tracking](/daily-operations/delivery-tracking).
  * **Customer email on the worksheet** — worksheet and courier-order PDFs now show the customer's email alongside their phone number, so you can chase a delivery question without coming back to the dashboard.
  * **Product code on receipts and worksheets** — the product code appears in the order line, receipt, worksheet, delivery run PDFs and the POS product picker, so floral staff can match a variant to the recipe without guessing.
  * **Hide product descriptions on worksheets** — a new setting hides the product description from printed worksheets, keeping the print compact for shops that don't need long-form marketing copy in the workroom.
  * **Town stays visible on shortened addresses** — address blocks on receipts, labels and PDFs keep the town visible even when the rest of the address is trimmed, so deliveries don't get misrouted on long addresses.
  * **Cleaner event proposals** — proposal arrangements can hide subtotals on individual items and treat zero-priced lines as narrative items, so the client sees a tidier, more presentation-ready quote. See [Proposals](/events/proposals).
  * **Public event form answers preserved** — answers to fields that aren't mapped to a built-in event property are kept in the event's notes summary, so nothing the customer typed into a public enquiry form is lost. See [Form builder](/events/form-builder).
  * **Event-contacts loop in automations** — automations can now loop over every contact attached to an event, so a single automation can fan reminder emails or texts out to all named contacts on a wedding or funeral without writing one automation per recipient.
  * **Event-aware invoicing and POS payments** — bulk invoicing and POS payment screens check the underlying event before letting a charge through, so payments and invoices can't accidentally bypass an event's billing setup.
  * **Product catalogue sort options** — pick the default sort for the POS product picker and the order product modal under **Settings > General > Products**, so staff find the right product faster on a busy till.
  * **Quieter worksheet notifications on POS sales** — worksheet notifications no longer fire for POS sales taken against the default walk-in customer, cutting inbox noise from till sales that don't have a real recipient.
  * **Tidier funeral invoices** — duplicate deceased-name lines on customer invoices were removed.
  * **Connect banner refresh** — the setup banner that prompts you to connect the Digital Florists Connect desktop helper now includes a direct link to open the app, shortening the setup loop on a new device.
  * **Team page shows role summary** — the **Settings > Team** table now shows a human-readable summary of each user's role presets, so owners can audit who has what access without opening every user in turn. See [Team](/settings/team).
  * **Event payment-date filter on exports** — event payments-by-method exports accept a payment-date filter alongside the event-date filter, so you can reconcile what landed in the bank in a given month even when the events themselves span a wider range.
  * **Companion App: carded screen presets** — the carded screen offers toggle options and quick-fill presets for common scenarios (left with neighbour, posted through, gate, and so on), cutting taps for the most common non-delivery cases.
  * **Companion App: tall edit dialogs scroll** — the edit dialog on the florist order details screen now resizes to fit its content and scrolls when the form is long, so notes and line items no longer get clipped on small phones.
  * **INTEGRATION UPDATE: Florist Touch** — order status changes flow back to Florist Touch automatically when one of their orders moves through Digital Florists. POS-originated orders can be excluded if you'd rather keep till sales out. See [Integrations](/settings/integrations).
  * **INTEGRATION UPDATE: Shopify** — Shopify imports can optionally treat the shipping company name as the house name when the addressee lives in a named building, so addresses come in cleanly without manual editing. See [Integrations](/settings/integrations).

  ## Fixed

  * **Order auto-assignment skips cancellations** — cancelled orders aren't picked up when a delivery run is built, so dispatchers don't see ghost stops for orders the customer has already pulled.
  * **Companion App: fulfilment dates in the shop's timezone** — order rows, print labels and highlight badges show fulfilment dates in the shop's own timezone, so a Friday delivery in the shop reads as Friday on a driver's phone wherever they are.
</Update>

<Update label="2026-04-30" description="April 2026 release" tags={['Analytics', 'Events', 'Mobile', 'Orders & POS', 'Products & Inventory', 'Settings', 'Integrations']} rss="A new product importer, new Florist Touch and Ecwid integrations, Zapier on Enterprise, Florist Snapshot in the Companion App, named peak comparison, tasks overview analytics, an event sales report, a venue catalogue, quotation colour palettes, decimal ingredient quantities, recipe labour costs, age verification on age-restricted items, access-code locks on public proposals, a shop-wide setting for sharing delivery photos with customers, and a Shiptheory Saturday-delivery override.">
  ## Added

  * **NEW INTEGRATION: Florist Touch** — accept inbound orders from a Florist Touch storefront, with order-status syncing back. POS-originated orders can be excluded if you'd rather keep till sales out. See [Integrations](/settings/integrations).
  * **NEW INTEGRATION: Ecwid** — accept inbound orders from an Ecwid shop, with the delivery date coming through cleanly. See [Integrations](/settings/integrations).
  * **Zapier integration available to Enterprise customers** — Zapier is now available on Enterprise plans. Set it up under **Settings > Advanced > Integrations** to push orders, customers, and events into Zaps.
  * **Age verification on age-restricted items** — flag products as age-restricted, and drivers must confirm ID at the door before marking the order delivered. The order screen and delivery confirmation show clear ID-check banners. See [Orders](/daily-operations/orders).
  * **Florist Snapshot in the Companion App** — a daily-overview screen for shop-floor staff and managers, with revenue, deliveries, top customers, top products, and a live right-now band. See [Companion App](/get-started/companion-app).
  * **Tasks overview analytics** — a new **Analytics > Tasks** tab with status and priority breakdowns, top categories, top completers, a created-vs-completed line, plus headline stats for open, overdue, and on-time rates. See [Analytics overview](/analytics/overview).
  * **Named peak comparison** — compare Valentine's vs Valentine's, Mother's vs Mother's and other named peaks across years instead of picking dates by hand. Includes a context strip, summary cards, and a Compare-against selector. See [Peaks](/analytics/peaks).
  * **Venue management for events** — venues are now a full catalogue you can add, edit, search and reuse. Saved venues are picked up automatically when creating an event, instead of retyping addresses each time. See [Venues](/events/venues).
  * **Event sales report and export** — a dedicated event sales report joins the Analytics suite, with detailed breakdowns and an exportable CSV of event-by-event sales performance. See [Reports](/analytics/reports).
  * **Quotation colour palettes** — build and save a colour palette per quotation so seating, venue, and theme sections share a coherent look. See [Quotation builder](/events/quotation-builder).
  * **Decimal ingredient quantities** — recipe and quotation tables now accept decimal quantities for ingredients.
  * **Labour cost management on recipes** — recipes can carry design-type and labour costs that flow into pricing, giving a clearer view of what each recipe costs to make. See [Recipes](/events/recipes).
  * **Quotation source modal** — when building a new quotation, pick the source from an existing event's quotation groups instead of starting from scratch. See [Quotation builder](/events/quotation-builder).
  * **Access-code locks on public proposals** — public proposal links can be locked behind an access code so the client has to enter the code before viewing the proposal. Turn the requirement on under **Settings > General > Events**. See [Proposals](/events/proposals).
  * **Auto-advance event to Quote Accepted on first payment** — when a customer makes their first payment against an event, the event status moves to Quote Accepted automatically so the team can see commitment without manual updates. See [Event lifecycle](/events/event-lifecycle).
  * **Ingredient supplier, product code, and notes** — ingredients carry supplier, product code, and free-text notes, with search and import support across the library and modals. Quotation tables show supplier and product code for each ingredient. See [Ingredients](/events/ingredients).
  * **MAJOR NEW FEATURE: New product importer** — the product import flow is now a guided wizard with separate upload, template, review, and complete steps. XLSX files are accepted alongside CSV. See [Imports](/storefront/imports).
  * **SMTP reply-to address option** — emails can carry a separate reply-to address so customer replies land in a different inbox to the From address. See [Communications](/settings/communications).
  * **Stock adjustment reasons in General settings** — stock adjustment reasons have their own section under **Settings > General > Categories**, alongside delivery slots and occasions which have moved into a dedicated tab. See [Configuration](/settings/configuration).
  * **Share delivery photos with customers** — a new setting controls whether delivery photos are emailed to customers automatically, with a matching per-driver preference in the Driver App. Configure under **Settings > General > Delivery**. See [Delivery](/daily-operations/delivery).
  * **Driver App: age verification on delivery confirmation** — drivers see age-restriction indicators on order items, a warning banner on the order screen, and must acknowledge the ID check before confirming delivery. The route summary shows how many stops need ID checks. See [Drivers app](/get-started/app-drivers).
  * **Driver App: clearer background tracking setup** — drivers see clearer screens explaining why background location is needed before turning it on, so it's obvious what's being tracked and why.

  ## Changed

  * **Stock oversold and shortfall policies** — pick what happens when an order would push tracked stock below zero, under **Settings > General > Products**. Variant cards show the right out-of-stock or oversold message based on your choice. See [Inventory](/storefront/inventory).
  * **Auto re-reserve stock on reopening cancelled orders** — reopening a cancelled order re-reserves the stock automatically, so inventory stays consistent without manual adjustments.
  * **Notifications page redesign** — tabbed category filters, sortable event lists, and a clearer view of which notifications are enabled. See [Notifications](/settings/notifications-events).
  * **Disaster recovery with custom date range** — picking a restore point is easier with a custom date-range selector and a tidier UI on the disaster recovery screen. See [Disaster recovery](/settings/disaster-recovery).
  * **Task duration in table and calendar views** — the tasks table and calendar show task duration alongside the start time, so it's easier to plan workload at a glance. See [Tasks](/daily-operations/tasks).
  * **Repeat-order next fulfilment date** — repeat orders project the next fulfilment date forward when generating, so skipped cycles don't create back-dated orders. See [Repeat orders](/daily-operations/repeat-orders).
  * **Receipt branding and user information** — receipts show the till user who took the sale, and your shop branding flows through consistently to both the printed and on-screen receipt. See [POS](/daily-operations/pos).
  * **Inventory report — order type filter** — ingredient demand and inventory reports can be filtered by order type, so web, POS, and event demand split cleanly. See [Reports](/analytics/reports).
  * **Category filter on product exports** — product exports now include products from a category's sub-categories, not just the category itself. Category cards also show their full path for clarity.
  * **"Terms and Conditions" → "Terms of Service"** — the legal copy and navigation label have been standardised to **Terms of Service** for consistency with the storefront and customer emails. See [Configuration](/settings/configuration).
  * **Refer-a-friend refresh** — updated layout, clearer icons, and improved navigation.
  * **Send-to-a-friend refresh** — updated layout, clearer icons, and improved navigation. See [Send to a friend](/settings/send-friend).
  * **Companion App: editable task fields with audit log** — task details support inline editing of assignees, category, priority, and notes, with field-update entries written to the task log so the change history stays clear.
  * **Driver App: Scan & Deliver Not Found redesign** — scanning an unknown label now shows a clearer Not Found screen with the order ID pulled out, making it quicker to recover from a mis-scan.
  * **Driver App: report an address issue** — flag a problem address from the order details screen; the report comes through to the shop with the driver's location and the delivery run attached. See [Delivery tracking](/daily-operations/delivery-tracking).
  * **Companion App: dates in the shop's timezone** — dates across the app follow the shop's timezone, so an order shown as Friday on the dashboard isn't shown as Thursday on a driver's phone in a different timezone.
  * **Companion App: login and shop-picker polish** — the login screen and the shop picker scroll properly when the keyboard is open, with clearer error messages and accessibility improvements.
  * **INTEGRATION UPDATE: Shiptheory** — opt specific Saturdays in even when the courier service is closed by default, so one-off Saturday deliveries don't need a workaround. See [Courier Orders](/daily-operations/courier-orders).

  ## Fixed

  * **PO number persists on fulfilled orders** — editing a fulfilled order no longer wipes the PO number. See [Orders](/daily-operations/orders).
  * **Florist Window — clearer delivery slot errors** — Florist Window delivery-slot lookup is more resilient and the price-error messaging explains the issue in plain language.
</Update>

<Update label="2026-03-31" description="March 2026 release" tags={['Delivery', 'Events', 'Orders & POS', 'Mobile', 'Analytics', 'Settings', 'Integrations']} rss="Auto-lock for future delivery runs, item-level peak analytics, a redesigned order builder for event quotations, proposal style presets and layout templates, Toolbox ingredient import, hierarchical product categories, a new Assigned only permission for the Companion and Driver apps, label printing from the Companion App, delivery images now reach Direct2Florist, and Direct2Florist send issues plus Shiptheory and courier-picker tweaks.">
  ## Added

  * **Auto-lock for future delivery runs** — a new setting locks runs scheduled for a future date so they can't be accidentally edited or recalculated. Locked runs show whether they were locked manually or by the rule, and a separate override forces a recalculation when you really need one. Configure under **Settings > General > Delivery**. See [Delivery](/daily-operations/delivery).
  * **Scheduled start time on delivery runs** — set a planned departure time on a run so route calculations reflect when the van actually leaves the shop. The scheduled start shows on the run editor and the run detail page.
  * **Item-level workload analytics for peaks** — peak reports now count items as well as orders, so an order with three bouquets counts as three units of work. New headline metrics include Total Items, Items per Order, Multi-Item % and Avg Item Value, alongside a Workload & Item Analysis section for planning staffing and stock. See [Peaks](/analytics/peaks).
  * **REDESIGNED: Order builder for event quotations** — turning a large event quotation into orders now uses a guided builder that groups items, applies fulfilment methods, dates and venues across several orders at once, and shows which items are already on an existing order. See [Event orders](/events/event-orders).
  * **Proposal acceptance notifications** — when a client signs or accepts a proposal, the event owner gets an email so they know to follow up. The notification has its own template and can be turned on under [Notifications](/settings/notifications-events).
  * **Style presets and layout templates for proposals** — save a house style as a preset and pick from layout templates when starting a new proposal, so a recent design can be rolled out as a reusable starting point.
  * **Quotation display modes and image sizing** — present quotation groups in pricing or narrative mode and choose a size for arrangement images, giving designers more control over how a proposal reads. See [Quotation builder](/events/quotation-builder).
  * **Proposal numbers** — proposals now carry a formatted number that can be toggled on or off in the designer and header, making it easier to reference a specific proposal in client correspondence.
  * **Auto-assign designers on confirmation** — a new setting assigns an order to the user matching the product's designer as soon as the order is confirmed, so confirmed work flows straight into the right person's queue. Configure under **Settings > General > Dashboard**.
  * **NEW PERMISSION: Assigned only** — limit a user to seeing only the orders and tasks they've been assigned in the Companion App. Useful for floating freelancers or trainees. Configure under [Team](/settings/team).
  * **Security code for elevated roles** — manager and admin roles can require a security code when granting elevated capabilities to a teammate, so privileges aren't handed out by accident.
  * **Default fulfilment methods per location** — each location can define its own default fulfilment methods, so the order form picks the right options for the shop the user is logged into.
  * **Custom label fonts** — order labels printed through Connect can use a chosen font family and size, so labels match your preferred style across printers.
  * **Address-only label option** — print just the delivery address on the label rather than the full order details, for shops that hand-write the rest or use a separate worksheet.
  * **Hierarchical product categories** — categories can now have parents and children, with the category table showing the full ancestor path and a count of subcategories. Deletion rules keep the hierarchy intact.
  * **Media categories** — media library items can be organised into categories from Settings, so moodboards, recipe photos and finished-arrangement shots stay tidy.
  * **Toolbox ingredient import** — product variants can import ingredient lists and pricing from the Florist Toolbox, including product codes, with a new import modal in the product form. Saves rebuilding recipes by hand. See [Recipes](/events/recipes).
  * **Labour cost in product pricing** — variants carry a labour mode and value that flow into the unit price and ingredient retail calculation, aligning the products editor with the quotation pricing formulas.
  * **Detailed sales export with product breakdowns** — sales exports now include detailed product reports with categories and custom product details, plus a filter to limit the export to specific product sheets.
  * **Event analytics by venue, source and type** — the Insights report breaks events down by venue, marketing source and event type, so you can see where bookings are coming from and what mix you're running.
  * **Companion App: print labels from the order details screen** — print order labels directly from an order's detail screen, with a quick menu for label printing and task creation. Labels now use a tidier layout with QR codes.
  * **Companion App: assign tasks to teammates** — the task details screen has a new assign-user modal, so you can reassign or add team members to a task on the floor, with a cleaner display of assignees and checklist status. See [Tasks](/daily-operations/tasks).
  * **Companion App: respects the Assigned only permission** — the orders and tasks screens hide work that isn't assigned to the current user when their account has the Assigned only permission.

  ## Changed

  * **Peak analytics layout** — the peaks overview is reorganised into Overview, Customers & Sales, Products & Workload, and Geography & Forecast tabs, so the report is scannable rather than one long scroll. Metric cards are consolidated to five with descriptive subtitles.
  * **Event-managed orders lock line items** — orders linked to an event are now treated as event-managed and block direct line-item edits or substitutions, with a clear in-form message that changes belong on the event quotation. Prevents drift between the proposal a client signed and the order the team prepares.
  * **Recipient and delivery details on receipts** — printed receipts show the recipient and delivery address separately from the customer, making it clearer who the order is for when the buyer and recipient differ.
  * **End of Day overview tidy-up** — the POS End of Day overview formats currency consistently, separates financial and session totals, and rearranges the cash-up widget for easier closing.
  * **POS register layout refresh** — the Point of Sale register has a refreshed layout with a back-to-dashboard link and a clearer device selection panel that shows each register's status.
  * **Clearer SMS billing on the About page** — the About page shows monthly SMS usage, and SMS failures show a clear reason in the notification logs.
  * **Eircode-aware address handling** — Irish address lookups validate and prefer Eircodes when finding a delivery pin, improving accuracy for Ireland-based deliveries.
  * **Media browser bulk categorisation** — the media browser has a redesigned upload area with clearer status indicators and supports bulk category selection, so a batch of images can be filed in one go.
  * **Moodboard caption enrichment and palette** — moodboards pull image captions automatically and can display the quotation colour palette directly in the proposal moodboard section, tightening the link between proposal visuals and the agreed brief.
  * **Delivery settings consolidated** — delivery-related settings now live in a dedicated section under **Settings > General > Delivery**, instead of being scattered across general settings.
  * **Companion App: highlighted editable fields on order cards** — the order widget shows a clearer highlight colour on editable fields and refreshes badge styling, so you get better visual feedback when filling in order detail.
  * **INTEGRATION UPDATE: Direct2Florist** — send issues now show on the dashboard with a clear message and a retry button, so they're spotted and resolved without leaving the dashboard. See [Integrations](/settings/integrations/relay).
  * **INTEGRATION UPDATE: Direct2Florist delivery images** — delivery and attachment images are sent to Direct2Florist automatically when an order is marked delivered. See [Integrations](/settings/integrations/relay).
  * **INTEGRATION UPDATE: Shiptheory** — the Shiptheory courier integration accepts a list of preferred service codes, so the courier dropdown only shows services you actually use.
  * **INTEGRATION UPDATE: Couriers** — the bulk send-to-courier modal replaces the flat dropdown with a searchable grouped picker, making it quicker to find the right service when you have several couriers configured.

  ## Fixed

  * **Quotations save before you leave the tab** — pending edits are saved when you navigate away from a quotation, so unsaved changes aren't lost when switching screens.
  * **Cancelling a run only removes unconfirmed orders** — cancelling a delivery run no longer removes orders that have already been fulfilled. See [Delivery](/daily-operations/delivery).

  ## Added

  * **Punctuality monitoring on delivery runs** — completed runs are scored against configurable late and very-late thresholds, and the run view shows a punctuality route map so you can see which stops ran behind. See [Delivery](/daily-operations/delivery).
  * **Delivery proof photos on the run view** — thumbnails of each stop's delivery photo sit alongside the order, so you can confirm a delivery without switching tabs. See [Delivery](/daily-operations/delivery).
  * **Projected return time for runs** — driver run data now includes a rough return time based on current progress, surfaced to both drivers and dispatchers.
  * **Fulfilment time ranges on orders** — set an order to a from-to window (for example, "between 10am and noon") rather than a single time. See [Creating an order](/daily-operations/creating-an-order).
  * **Show or hide proposal totals** — toggles to suppress group subtotals and the overall grand total on event proposals, so you control how much pricing detail the client sees. See [Proposals](/events/proposals).
  * **Inspiration colour-palette picker** — pull a palette straight from the media library when building a proposal, instead of typing hex codes by hand. See [Proposal themes](/events/proposal-themes).
  * **Companion App: Task attachments** — attach photos and files to a task from the task detail screen, with existing attachments shown inline. See [Tasks](/daily-operations/tasks).
  * **Companion App: Assign orders from the app** — hand an order to a teammate from the order detail screen, mirroring the existing task assignment flow. See [Orders](/daily-operations/orders).
  * **Companion App: Clear Unsynced Updates** — a Settings control to drop stuck queued actions without reinstalling, alongside the existing offline queue modal.
  * **Driver App: Run timestamps and estimated return** — each stop on a run shows planned and actual arrival and departure times, with an estimated return time on the run screen. See [For drivers](/get-started/for-drivers).

  ## Changed

  * **Faster dashboard on busy days** — non-critical sections load lazily, polling only refreshes what needs it, and order lists load in chunks. Initial load and busy-day responsiveness are noticeably quicker.
  * **Tidier orders table** — customer name, recipient, address and items now truncate cleanly so columns stay readable on long entries. Form selects are native for better keyboard and screen-reader handling. See [Orders](/daily-operations/orders).
  * **Shopify inbound order refinements** — Shopify orders now match a Digital Florists delivery slot from the shipping option name, write readable discount notes onto line items, skip Shopify POS orders so they don't double up with till sales, and tidy up country fields so addresses come in cleanly. See [Website integrations](/settings/integrations/website).
  * **Uncategorised ingredients surface on quotations** — anything not assigned to a category is collected into an Uncategorised bucket with totals, so nothing falls off the bottom of a proposal. See [Quotation builder](/events/quotation-builder).
  * **Funeral details auto-populate from the director** — picking a funeral director copies the funeral date, time, and fulfilment window straight onto the new customer form. See [Customers](/business/customers).
  * **Account payment status on receipts** — receipt PDFs and the receipt view now show whether any transactions were settled against a customer account. See [Account customers](/business/account-customers).
  * **Printable peak dashboard** — the Peak Dashboard has a Print button and dedicated print styles that hide navigation chrome, so the page prints cleanly.
  * **Companion App: Order widget readability** — inline badges for variants and notes, ingredient summaries expanded by default, and a reorganised metadata layout make order details easier to scan.
  * **Companion App: Smoother keyboard handling** — task creation now uses keyboard-aware scrolling so the field you're typing into stays in view, with tidier loading and error states.
  * **Companion App: More accurate offline detection** — connectivity changes are detected more reliably during patchy signal, so the offline banner and queued uploads match what the device is doing.
  * **Companion App: More detail on the About screen** — shows the current update source, runtime version, and last-checked time, with snackbar feedback when you check for updates.
  * **Driver App: Readable destination names in map handoff** — with "Use exact coordinates" turned off, navigation hands the address string to Google or Apple Maps so destinations show with street names.
  * **Driver App: Better attachment upload errors** — uploads check the file exists and isn't oversized before sending, with clearer feedback on failure and a longer timeout for large delivery photos on slow connections.
  * **Driver App: Tracking and order UI polish** — the Tracking Health chip is tappable for more detail, the Enable Background Tracking screen has a tidier layout, and long order status labels truncate cleanly.

  ## Fixed

  * **Cancel a stuck delivery-run calculation** — clear a stalled run from the run view instead of waiting on a spinner that won't resolve. Locked runs are also marked calculated straight away.
  * **Safer order cancellation with refund errors** — invalid transaction IDs and missing payment methods are now caught and surfaced in the Cancel Order screen, and the submit button stays disabled while processing. See [Refunds](/daily-operations/refunds).
  * **Block total edits on invoiced orders** — editing the total of an order that's already linked to an invoice is blocked with a clear message asking you to delete the invoice first, so the two can't disagree on amount. See [Invoicing](/business/invoicing).
</Update>

The Digital Florists App gains a rebuilt Mark Orders Ready flow, a connectivity banner, and an address-issue report from the Driver App.">
  ## Added

  * **Product affinity, processing time, sales by occasion, and payment collection** — four new blocks in [Insights](/analytics/insights) covering which products sell together, how long orders take to mark ready, sales broken down by occasion, and how efficiently payments are being collected. Each block drills in and exports alongside the rest of the analytics suite.
  * **Team performance by orders marked ready** — a dedicated [Insights](/analytics/insights) block showing how many orders each team member has marked ready, with a detailed breakdown and export.
  * **Location column on the orders table** — multi-location shops can now see which location each order belongs to directly in [Orders](/daily-operations/orders), and the location selector in the top bar has been polished so the active location name is consistent everywhere.
  * **Mark as collected from the payment screen** — when taking payment on a collection order you can confirm the handover in the same screen, without bouncing back to the order. See [Creating an order](/daily-operations/creating-an-order).
  * **"Allow other" on form fields** — select fields on event enquiry forms can offer an "Other" option that lets the customer type their own answer. Submissions display the typed-in value alongside the chosen option. See [Form builder](/events/form-builder).
  * **Maintenance banner for scheduled releases** — a new in-app banner surfaces scheduled maintenance windows and upcoming release dates, so you know in advance when an update is being deployed.
  * **Companion App: rebuilt Mark Orders Ready flow** — scan order QR codes to mark them ready from a dedicated screen, with a manual fallback, a running list of successfully scanned orders, and a recovery screen for scans that don't match. See [Companion App](/get-started/companion-app).
  * **Driver App: report an address issue from an order** — flag a bad or unclear address from the order details screen, sending the issue straight back to the shop. Saves a phone call when a drop-off can't be completed.
  * **Companion App: connectivity banner** — a banner appears at the top of the app whenever connectivity is lost, so you know why a scan or status change is queueing rather than completing.

  ## Changed

  * **Days Active metric in Insights** — [Insights](/analytics/insights) reports the number of distinct days each user marked orders as ready and uses that figure when calculating averages, so reporting reflects actual working days rather than the calendar range.
  * **Delivery analytics grouped by user** — delivery insights group by the user who drove the run, and show a clear message when there isn't enough data to draw a meaningful chart.
  * **Advanced background controls on proposals** — proposal sections gain blur, text backdrops, and direct image upload via the built-in media library, so hero, mood-board and venue sections can be styled without leaving the editor. See [Proposals](/events/proposals).
  * **Proposal PDFs styled for print** — generated [proposal](/events/proposals) PDFs use a print-specific layout with new card styling, so exported pages match the on-screen design more closely across hero, mood-board, venue and arrangement sections.
  * **Mandatory and system notifications bypass per-order opt-outs** — critical account and operational alerts go out even when a customer has opted out at the order level. Marketing-style notifications still respect the opt-out. See [Notifications](/settings/notifications).
  * **Ingredient demand export covers more products** — demand exports include dedicated sheets for products without ingredients and for custom one-off products, so buyers can see the full picture rather than only recipe-based items. See [Reports](/analytics/reports).
  * **Cleaner address handling across orders and recipients** — "customer as recipient" is handled the same way across labels, worksheets, dispatches and POS receipts, so the right contact shows up wherever the order appears. Historic orders are backfilled so the change is invisible day to day.
  * **Funeral information on Direct2Florist relayed orders** — funeral details are prefixed onto the order instructions when relaying, so the executing florist sees them without digging through a separate field.
  * **End a delivery run with incomplete orders** — closing a [delivery](/daily-operations/delivery) run handles stops that haven't been delivered, so you can wrap up a route and the remaining orders stay attached to the run record.
  * **Seasonal theming retired** — Christmas and other seasonal theming has been switched off across the app for a cleaner, year-round look.
  * **Driver App: better camera handling** — pre-delivery photos, confirm-delivery photos and scan-ready photos share a new image-picker, giving a consistent camera experience across the app.
  * **Driver App: one-tap return from Google Maps** — opening a Google Maps link from a stop now lets you return to the Driver App with a single tap when you're done, on both iPhone and Android.
  * **Driver App: cleaner handling of completed and cancelled orders** — order action buttons, status labels and screens share the same logic for what's available, so cancelled and completed orders don't offer actions that wouldn't apply.

  ## Fixed

  * **Transaction customer kept in sync with order changes** — changing the customer on an order now updates the matching [transaction](/daily-operations/transactions), so invoices and payment records don't get stranded against the previous customer.
  * **Payment methods sync when enabling POS on a device** — toggling POS on for a [device](/settings/devices) copies the current payment methods across automatically, so newly enabled tills don't start out with an empty payment-method list.
  * **Send-to-courier bulk flow** — the bulk dispatch screen now picks up the correct recipient names and opens reliably. See [Courier orders](/daily-operations/courier-orders).
  * **Events search defaults to "All"** — opening the [events](/events/overview) index returns matching events across every status by default, instead of pre-filtering to drafts.
  * **Dashboard "Not Printed" filter** — the Not Printed filter on the [dashboard](/daily-operations/dashboard) returns the right orders.
  * **Order labels print "Card has been written", "Attach blank card" and "ATT"** — these three label types are included in print jobs, so workrooms that rely on these markers as a visual cue see them on the worksheet.
  * **Order attachment uploads** — photo and file attachments on orders retry more reliably, and the Companion App shows a clear message when an upload fails so you know to try again.
