# Getting Help

> How to find answers fast — search the docs, watch a walkthrough, or email our support team.

Stuck on something? There are a few ways to get unstuck — most of them faster than waiting on an email.

## Search the docs

Press `Cmd+K` (Mac) or `Ctrl+K` (Windows) from any page to open the search bar. Type a feature name, a setting, or even the wording of an error message — the search covers every guide, troubleshooting note, and common question across the docs.

<Tip>
  If you're not sure what something is called, search for what you're trying to *do* — "send a delivery update", "refund a card payment", "import products". Pages are tagged with the verbs customers use.
</Tip>

## Check the page you're already on

Most feature pages end with a **Common questions** section covering the issues we see most often. Before reaching out, scroll to the bottom of the page you're working from — there's a good chance the answer is already there.

## Watch a walkthrough

Step-by-step video walkthroughs cover setup, daily workflows, and one-off tasks like end-of-day cashups or sending a wedding proposal. Browse the full library on our [YouTube channel](https://youtube.com/@digitalflorists) — most videos are under five minutes.

## Your WhatsApp group

Every Digital Florists shop has a private WhatsApp group with our support team. Drop a message in there for quick questions, screenshots from the shop floor, or anything you'd usually fire off in a short email — it's often the fastest way to get a reply.

For longer reports, anything with multiple attachments, or anything you want a written record of (bug reports, account changes, billing), email [hello@digitalflorists.com](mailto:hello@digitalflorists.com) instead.

<Info>
  If your shop isn't in a WhatsApp group with us yet, email [hello@digitalflorists.com](mailto:hello@digitalflorists.com) and we'll sort it.
</Info>

## Email support

For anything the docs don't cover, email us at [hello@digitalflorists.com](mailto:hello@digitalflorists.com). To help us help you faster, include:

* A short description of what you were trying to do
* What happened instead
* A screenshot if it's visual — drag a PNG straight into your email
* The order number, customer name, or event you were working on

We respond within a few hours during UK business days, and we prioritise anything blocking your shop — payment failures, the app not loading, or orders that won't send.

<Tip>
  If it's urgent, say so in the subject line. We jump on these first.
</Tip>

## Stay in the loop

* **[Changelog](/changelog/2026)** — every new feature, change, and fix, with dates
* **[Blog](https://digitalflorists.com/blog)** — product updates, peak-period advice, and longer reads
* **[Best Practices](/guides/index)** — how to get the most out of photography, consultations, and your hardware

## Common questions

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="What hours is support available?">
    Email support runs during UK business days. We prioritise anything blocking your shop and respond to those first. For setup and onboarding, we're happy to jump on a call — mention it in your email and we'll book a time.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="WhatsApp or email — which should I use?">
    Use your shop's WhatsApp group for quick questions, screenshots, or short back-and-forth — it's usually the fastest way to get an answer from the team. Use email for longer reports, anything with multiple attachments, anything sensitive, or anything you want a written record of (bug reports, account changes, billing).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I report a bug?">
    Email [hello@digitalflorists.com](mailto:hello@digitalflorists.com) with what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot and the rough time it happened both help — we can pull the matching entry from our logs.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I suggest a feature?">
    Yes — and please do. Email [hello@digitalflorists.com](mailto:hello@digitalflorists.com) with the use case: what you're trying to do and where the current setup falls short. A lot of what's in Digital Florists started as a request from a florist.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Something is broken and I can't take orders. What do I do?">
    Email [hello@digitalflorists.com](mailto:hello@digitalflorists.com) with **URGENT** in the subject line and a short description of what's happening. If you can take orders on paper in the meantime, do — we'll help you back-fill them into Digital Florists once the issue is fixed.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Where do I find release notes?">
    The [Changelog](/changelog/2026) lists everything that's shipped — new features, changes, and fixes — with dates.
