Configuration is where you set up the basics of your shop. Your business details, opening hours, tax rates, and operational rules all live here.
This page covers features gated by Admin-tier permissions — typically Settings access. Admins have these by default; your administrator can adjust who has them in Settings > Team.

Business profile

Your business profile appears on invoices, receipts, and customer emails. Make sure it’s accurate.
Business contact settings with name, address, and phone
Go to Settings > Business to update:
  • Company name and address (used on invoices and legal documents)
  • Logo (appears on receipts, emails, and your website)
  • Contact details (phone number and email for customers)
Branding settings with logo upload and colour options

Opening hours

Your opening hours control what delivery and collection slots are available to customers.
Opening hours field on a location's settings page
Open the location you want to update and edit the Opening Hours field. It’s a single free-text summary (for example, “Mon–Sat 9am–5pm, Sun closed”) that’s shown to customers and used on receipts and invoices.

Order cut-offs

Cut-off times control how late customers can place orders:
  • Same-day cut-off (e.g., 1:00 PM). After this time, customers ordering online will only be able to choose tomorrow or later.
  • Next-day cut-off controls the deadline for next-day orders.

Fulfilment settings

Fulfilment configuration with delivery slots and methods
Fulfilment settings — including delivery slots, collection options, and fulfilment methods — are managed through your location settings. See Delivery Slots for details on configuring your delivery and collection options.

Tax and currency

Go to Settings > Business to set:
  • Currency (GBP, USD, EUR)
  • Default tax rate — the tax rate used when creating new products. You can set up multiple tax rates (e.g., Standard 20%, Reduced 5%) and assign different rates to individual product variants.
