This page covers features gated by Admin-tier permissions — typically Settings access. Admins have these by default; your administrator can adjust who has them in Settings > Team.

Business profile
Your business profile appears on invoices, receipts, and customer emails. Make sure it’s accurate.
- Company name and address (used on invoices and legal documents)
- Logo (appears on receipts, emails, and your website)
- Contact details (phone number and email for customers)

Opening hours
Your opening hours control what delivery and collection slots are available to customers.
Order cut-offs
Cut-off times control how late customers can place orders:- Same-day cut-off (e.g., 1:00 PM). After this time, customers ordering online will only be able to choose tomorrow or later.
- Next-day cut-off controls the deadline for next-day orders.
Fulfilment settings

Tax and currency
Go to Settings > Business to set:- Currency (GBP, USD, EUR)
- Default tax rate — the tax rate used when creating new products. You can set up multiple tax rates (e.g., Standard 20%, Reduced 5%) and assign different rates to individual product variants.
