Business Profile
Start here. This info appears on all invoices and emails.
- Company Name & Address: Legal entity details.
- Logo: Upload a high-res transparency for headers.
- Contact Info: The phone number customers should call.
Operational Rules
Opening Hours
This controls your Delivery & Pickup Slots.
- Standard Hours: 9am - 5pm.
- Closed Days: Mark Sundays or Mondays as closed. The checkout will disable these days on the date picker.
Order Cut-Offs
Crucial for managing workflow.
- Same-Day Cut-Off: e.g., “1:00 PM”. If a customer tries to order for “Today” after 1pm, the system will force them to choose tomorrow.
- Next-Day Cut-Off: e.g., “11:59 PM”.
Tax & Finance
- Currency: Set your store’s operating currency (GBP, USD, EUR).
- Tax Rates:
- Standard Rate: e.g., 20% VAT.
- Reduced Rate: e.g., 0% for certain food items.
- Price Display: Choose whether to show prices “Inclusive of Tax” (Retail) or “Exclusive” (B2B).
