Configuration is where you set up the basics of your shop. Your business details, opening hours, tax rates, and operational rules all live here.

Business profile

Your business profile appears on invoices, receipts, and customer emails. Make sure it’s accurate.
Business contact settings with name, address, and phone
Go to Settings > Business to update:
  • Company name and address (used on invoices and legal documents)
  • Logo (appears on receipts, emails, and your website)
  • Contact details (phone number and email for customers)

Opening hours

Your opening hours control what delivery and collection slots are available to customers.
Trading hours configuration with days and times
Go to Settings > Business > Trading Hours to set:
  • Standard hours for each day of the week
  • Closed days (e.g., Sundays). Closed days are automatically blocked on the checkout date picker.

Order cut-offs

Cut-off times control how late customers can place orders:
  • Same-day cut-off (e.g., 1:00 PM). After this time, customers ordering online will only be able to choose tomorrow or later.
  • Next-day cut-off controls the deadline for next-day orders.

Fulfilment settings

Fulfilment configuration with delivery zones and methods
Go to Settings > Fulfilment to manage:
  • Delivery zones and charges (see Delivery Zones)
  • Collection options and pickup times
  • Fulfilment methods available to your customers

Tax and currency

Go to Settings > Business to set:
  • Currency (GBP, USD, EUR, etc.)
  • Standard tax rate (e.g., 20% VAT)
  • Reduced tax rate for items with different VAT rates
  • Price display to choose whether prices show inclusive or exclusive of tax
