Resetting your password by email
You can reset your own password from the sign-in screen if both of these are true:- Your account has Manager or Admin permissions. This is the same level that asks for a security code in the dashboard.
- Your team profile has an email address on file.
1
Click Forgot password?
On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password? next to the password field.
2
Enter your username
Enter the username you sign in with, then click Send reset link. If your account can receive reset emails, the link is on its way.
3
Open the email and choose a new password
Click the link in the email and enter a new password. It must be at least 10 characters and can’t be one that’s appeared in a known data breach.
Reset links expire after 60 minutes. If yours has expired, request a new one from the sign-in screen.
Asking your manager
Staff and driver accounts can’t reset by email, and that’s by design. Shared shop inboxes and casual email addresses aren’t a safe way to hand out access to an account. Instead, ask your manager for a new password. If you request a reset from the sign-in screen anyway and your account has an email address, you’ll get an email pointing you back to your manager rather than a reset link.
- Open Settings > Team and select the team member’s profile.
- Enter a new password for them and save.
For admins
A reset link is only ever sent to the email address on the user’s own team profile. It’s never sent to your shop’s email address, so a reset link for one account can’t be picked up by someone else reading a shared inbox. Keep your own email address up to date in Settings > Team. It’s what gets you back in if you’re ever locked out yourself, and the same goes for your managers.Common questions

Check your spam folder first. The email comes from Digital Florists (no-reply@florists.digital). If it’s not there, your account may not have an email address on file, or the username you entered may not match your account. Ask your manager to check your profile in Settings > Team.

Can I reuse an old password?
Can I reuse an old password?
No. Digital Florists remembers the passwords you’ve used before and won’t accept them again. Choose something new each time.
Why can't staff reset their own passwords?
Why can't staff reset their own passwords?
Orders, deliveries, and till actions are all recorded against the person who did them, so account access needs to be handed out deliberately. A manager setting new passwords from Settings > Team keeps that in the shop’s control.
