For longer reports, anything with multiple attachments, or anything you want a written record of (bug reports, account changes, billing), email hello@digitalflorists.com instead. If your shop isn’t in a WhatsApp group with us yet, email hello@digitalflorists.com and we’ll sort it.

Common questions
What hours is support available?

Email support runs during UK business days. We prioritise anything blocking your shop and respond to those first. For setup and onboarding, we’re happy to jump on a call — mention it in your email and we’ll book a time.

Use your shop’s WhatsApp group for quick questions, screenshots, or short back-and-forth — it’s usually the fastest way to get an answer from the team. Email hello@digitalflorists.com with what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot and the rough time it happened both help — we can pull the matching entry from our logs.
Can I suggest a feature?
Can I suggest a feature?
Yes — and please do. Email hello@digitalflorists.com with the use case: what you’re trying to do and where the current setup falls short. A lot of what’s in Digital Florists started as a request from a florist.
