Orders & POS
June 2026 release

Added

  • Reopen completed orders — orders marked complete can now be reopened from the order actions menu, so you can correct a mistake without recreating the order from scratch. Permission-gated and audit-logged. See Orders.

Changed

  • Rebuilt payments engine — payments, refunds, voids and shared transactions have been reworked so amounts allocate correctly across split payments, refunds reverse cleanly, and end-of-day balances match what’s in the till. The change flows through to receipts, the End of Day report, integration responses and the payment-status badges across orders.

AnalyticsEventsOrders & POSMobileDeliverySettingsIntegrations
May 2026 release

Added

  • Areas overview analytics — see where your orders are coming from, broken down by area, with filters for date range, location, integrations, order source and order type. Includes a top-areas chart, an integration-mix chart, and an Excel export so you can plan where to push marketing or open up new delivery zones.
  • Mailing list report — a new export under Analytics > Export > Customers & Marketing lists the contactable customers you can legally email, with filters for occasion history, total spend and location. Built for shops running their own newsletters or seasonal campaigns.
  • Driver punctuality export — a new export under Analytics > Insights and Metrics shows how on-time each driver is across delivery stops, broken down by date and run. Useful for performance reviews and spotting routing issues.
  • Delivery pictures export — bulk-download every delivery picture across a date range as a ZIP, organised so you can hand them to a customer, insurer or wholesaler in one go. Available under Analytics > Export > Delivery Pictures.
  • Markup multiplier on product variants — set a markup multiplier per variant so the retail price recalculates automatically whenever the ingredient cost changes. Saves repricing every recipe by hand when wholesale prices move. See Recipes.
  • Price-locked variants — flag a variant’s price as locked so the cost-driven recalculation leaves it alone. Useful for promotional pricing, contract pricing, or anything you don’t want drifting with ingredient costs.
  • Funeral same-day cutoff — set a separate cutoff time for funeral orders, so you can keep accepting same-day funeral work after your standard same-day deadline has passed. Configure under Settings > General > Order Defaults.
  • Unpaid-order warning when starting a run — opt in to a warning when a standard order on a run is still unpaid before the run starts, so you don’t dispatch flowers that haven’t been settled. Off by default; enable it under Settings > General > Delivery.
  • Loyalty points reverse and reapply on order changes — when a loyalty-paying order is reopened, cancelled or amended, accrued points are reversed and reapplied automatically, so the customer’s balance stays in step with the order. See Loyalty.

Changed

  • Invoices show the quote breakdown — event invoices now include the underlying quotation line items, so the customer sees exactly what’s been charged for. See Invoicing.
  • Order lookup by transaction or payment ID — the order lookup screen now accepts a transaction ID or a payment ID as well as an order reference, making it quicker to trace a card payment back to the right order during reconciliation. See Transactions.
  • “Unfulfilled Orders” renamed to “Incomplete Orders” — the dashboard widget covers anything still needing attention rather than only un-fulfilled stock, so the new name reflects what’s actually in the list. See Dashboard.
  • Driver-run ownership — drivers using the Companion App update only the orders, tasks and runs that belong to their own assigned run, so one driver can’t accidentally complete or cancel another driver’s work. See Delivery tracking.
  • Customer email on the worksheet — worksheet and courier-order PDFs now show the customer’s email alongside their phone number, so you can chase a delivery question without coming back to the dashboard.
  • Product code on receipts and worksheets — the product code appears in the order line, receipt, worksheet, delivery run PDFs and the POS product picker, so floral staff can match a variant to the recipe without guessing.
  • Hide product descriptions on worksheets — a new setting hides the product description from printed worksheets, keeping the print compact for shops that don’t need long-form marketing copy in the workroom.
  • Town stays visible on shortened addresses — address blocks on receipts, labels and PDFs keep the town visible even when the rest of the address is trimmed, so deliveries don’t get misrouted on long addresses.
  • Cleaner event proposals — proposal arrangements can hide subtotals on individual items and treat zero-priced lines as narrative items, so the client sees a tidier, more presentation-ready quote. See Proposals.
  • Public event form answers preserved — answers to fields that aren’t mapped to a built-in event property are kept in the event’s notes summary, so nothing the customer typed into a public enquiry form is lost. See Form builder.
  • Event-contacts loop in automations — automations can now loop over every contact attached to an event, so a single automation can fan reminder emails or texts out to all named contacts on a wedding or funeral without writing one automation per recipient.
  • Event-aware invoicing and POS payments — bulk invoicing and POS payment screens check the underlying event before letting a charge through, so payments and invoices can’t accidentally bypass an event’s billing setup.
  • Product catalogue sort options — pick the default sort for the POS product picker and the order product modal under Settings > General > Products, so staff find the right product faster on a busy till.
  • Quieter worksheet notifications on POS sales — worksheet notifications no longer fire for POS sales taken against the default walk-in customer, cutting inbox noise from till sales that don’t have a real recipient.
  • Tidier funeral invoices — duplicate deceased-name lines on customer invoices were removed.
  • Connect banner refresh — the setup banner that prompts you to connect the Digital Florists Connect desktop helper now includes a direct link to open the app, shortening the setup loop on a new device.
  • Team page shows role summary — the Settings > Team table now shows a human-readable summary of each user’s role presets, so owners can audit who has what access without opening every user in turn. See Team.
  • Event payment-date filter on exports — event payments-by-method exports accept a payment-date filter alongside the event-date filter, so you can reconcile what landed in the bank in a given month even when the events themselves span a wider range.
  • Companion App: carded screen presets — the carded screen offers toggle options and quick-fill presets for common scenarios (left with neighbour, posted through, gate, and so on), cutting taps for the most common non-delivery cases.
  • Companion App: tall edit dialogs scroll — the edit dialog on the florist order details screen now resizes to fit its content and scrolls when the form is long, so notes and line items no longer get clipped on small phones.
  • INTEGRATION UPDATE: Florist Touch — order status changes flow back to Florist Touch automatically when one of their orders moves through Digital Florists. POS-originated orders can be excluded if you’d rather keep till sales out. See Integrations.
  • INTEGRATION UPDATE: Shopify — Shopify imports can optionally treat the shipping company name as the house name when the addressee lives in a named building, so addresses come in cleanly without manual editing. See Integrations.

Fixed

  • Order auto-assignment skips cancellations — cancelled orders aren’t picked up when a delivery run is built, so dispatchers don’t see ghost stops for orders the customer has already pulled.
  • Companion App: fulfilment dates in the shop’s timezone — order rows, print labels and highlight badges show fulfilment dates in the shop’s own timezone, so a Friday delivery in the shop reads as Friday on a driver’s phone wherever they are.

AnalyticsEventsMobileOrders & POSProducts & InventorySettingsIntegrations
April 2026 release

Added

  • NEW INTEGRATION: Florist Touch — accept inbound orders from a Florist Touch storefront, with order-status syncing back. POS-originated orders can be excluded if you’d rather keep till sales out. See Integrations.
  • NEW INTEGRATION: Ecwid — accept inbound orders from an Ecwid shop, with the delivery date coming through cleanly. See Integrations.
  • Zapier integration available to Enterprise customers — Zapier is now available on Enterprise plans. Set it up under Settings > Advanced > Integrations to push orders, customers, and events into Zaps.
  • Age verification on age-restricted items — flag products as age-restricted, and drivers must confirm ID at the door before marking the order delivered. The order screen and delivery confirmation show clear ID-check banners. See Orders.
  • Florist Snapshot in the Companion App — a daily-overview screen for shop-floor staff and managers, with revenue, deliveries, top customers, top products, and a live right-now band. See Companion App.
  • Tasks overview analytics — a new Analytics > Tasks tab with status and priority breakdowns, top categories, top completers, a created-vs-completed line, plus headline stats for open, overdue, and on-time rates. See Analytics overview.
  • Named peak comparison — compare Valentine’s vs Valentine’s, Mother’s vs Mother’s and other named peaks across years instead of picking dates by hand. Includes a context strip, summary cards, and a Compare-against selector. See Peaks.
  • Venue management for events — venues are now a full catalogue you can add, edit, search and reuse. Saved venues are picked up automatically when creating an event, instead of retyping addresses each time. See Venues.
  • Event sales report and export — a dedicated event sales report joins the Analytics suite, with detailed breakdowns and an exportable CSV of event-by-event sales performance. See Reports.
  • Quotation colour palettes — build and save a colour palette per quotation so seating, venue, and theme sections share a coherent look. See Quotation builder.
  • Decimal ingredient quantities — recipe and quotation tables now accept decimal quantities for ingredients.
  • Labour cost management on recipes — recipes can carry design-type and labour costs that flow into pricing, giving a clearer view of what each recipe costs to make. See Recipes.
  • Quotation source modal — when building a new quotation, pick the source from an existing event’s quotation groups instead of starting from scratch. See Quotation builder.
  • Access-code locks on public proposals — public proposal links can be locked behind an access code so the client has to enter the code before viewing the proposal. Turn the requirement on under Settings > General > Events. See Proposals.
  • Auto-advance event to Quote Accepted on first payment — when a customer makes their first payment against an event, the event status moves to Quote Accepted automatically so the team can see commitment without manual updates. See Event lifecycle.
  • Ingredient supplier, product code, and notes — ingredients carry supplier, product code, and free-text notes, with search and import support across the library and modals. Quotation tables show supplier and product code for each ingredient. See Ingredients.
  • MAJOR NEW FEATURE: New product importer — the product import flow is now a guided wizard with separate upload, template, review, and complete steps. XLSX files are accepted alongside CSV. See Imports.
  • SMTP reply-to address option — emails can carry a separate reply-to address so customer replies land in a different inbox to the From address. See Communications.
  • Stock adjustment reasons in General settings — stock adjustment reasons have their own section under Settings > General > Categories, alongside delivery slots and occasions which have moved into a dedicated tab. See Configuration.
  • Share delivery photos with customers — a new setting controls whether delivery photos are emailed to customers automatically, with a matching per-driver preference in the Driver App. Configure under Settings > General > Delivery. See Delivery.
  • Driver App: age verification on delivery confirmation — drivers see age-restriction indicators on order items, a warning banner on the order screen, and must acknowledge the ID check before confirming delivery. The route summary shows how many stops need ID checks. See Drivers app.
  • Driver App: clearer background tracking setup — drivers see clearer screens explaining why background location is needed before turning it on, so it’s obvious what’s being tracked and why.

Changed

  • Stock oversold and shortfall policies — pick what happens when an order would push tracked stock below zero, under Settings > General > Products. Variant cards show the right out-of-stock or oversold message based on your choice. See Inventory.
  • Auto re-reserve stock on reopening cancelled orders — reopening a cancelled order re-reserves the stock automatically, so inventory stays consistent without manual adjustments.
  • Notifications page redesign — tabbed category filters, sortable event lists, and a clearer view of which notifications are enabled. See Notifications.
  • Disaster recovery with custom date range — picking a restore point is easier with a custom date-range selector and a tidier UI on the disaster recovery screen. See Disaster recovery.
  • Task duration in table and calendar views — the tasks table and calendar show task duration alongside the start time, so it’s easier to plan workload at a glance. See Tasks.
  • Repeat-order next fulfilment date — repeat orders project the next fulfilment date forward when generating, so skipped cycles don’t create back-dated orders. See Repeat orders.
  • Receipt branding and user information — receipts show the till user who took the sale, and your shop branding flows through consistently to both the printed and on-screen receipt. See POS.
  • Inventory report — order type filter — ingredient demand and inventory reports can be filtered by order type, so web, POS, and event demand split cleanly. See Reports.
  • Category filter on product exports — product exports now include products from a category’s sub-categories, not just the category itself. Category cards also show their full path for clarity.
  • “Terms and Conditions” → “Terms of Service” — the legal copy and navigation label have been standardised to Terms of Service for consistency with the storefront and customer emails. See Configuration.
  • Refer-a-friend refresh — updated layout, clearer icons, and improved navigation.
  • Send-to-a-friend refresh — updated layout, clearer icons, and improved navigation. See Send to a friend.
  • Companion App: editable task fields with audit log — task details support inline editing of assignees, category, priority, and notes, with field-update entries written to the task log so the change history stays clear.
  • Driver App: Scan & Deliver Not Found redesign — scanning an unknown label now shows a clearer Not Found screen with the order ID pulled out, making it quicker to recover from a mis-scan.
  • Driver App: report an address issue — flag a problem address from the order details screen; the report comes through to the shop with the driver’s location and the delivery run attached. See Delivery tracking.
  • Companion App: dates in the shop’s timezone — dates across the app follow the shop’s timezone, so an order shown as Friday on the dashboard isn’t shown as Thursday on a driver’s phone in a different timezone.
  • Companion App: login and shop-picker polish — the login screen and the shop picker scroll properly when the keyboard is open, with clearer error messages and accessibility improvements.
  • INTEGRATION UPDATE: Shiptheory — opt specific Saturdays in even when the courier service is closed by default, so one-off Saturday deliveries don’t need a workaround. See Courier Orders.

Fixed

  • PO number persists on fulfilled orders — editing a fulfilled order no longer wipes the PO number. See Orders.
  • Florist Window — clearer delivery slot errors — Florist Window delivery-slot lookup is more resilient and the price-error messaging explains the issue in plain language.

DeliveryEventsOrders & POSMobileAnalyticsSettingsIntegrations
March 2026 release

Added

  • Auto-lock for future delivery runs — a new setting locks runs scheduled for a future date so they can’t be accidentally edited or recalculated. Locked runs show whether they were locked manually or by the rule, and a separate override forces a recalculation when you really need one. Configure under Settings > General > Delivery. See Delivery.
  • Scheduled start time on delivery runs — set a planned departure time on a run so route calculations reflect when the van actually leaves the shop. The scheduled start shows on the run editor and the run detail page.
  • Item-level workload analytics for peaks — peak reports now count items as well as orders, so an order with three bouquets counts as three units of work. New headline metrics include Total Items, Items per Order, Multi-Item % and Avg Item Value, alongside a Workload & Item Analysis section for planning staffing and stock. See Peaks.
  • REDESIGNED: Order builder for event quotations — turning a large event quotation into orders now uses a guided builder that groups items, applies fulfilment methods, dates and venues across several orders at once, and shows which items are already on an existing order. See Event orders.
  • Proposal acceptance notifications — when a client signs or accepts a proposal, the event owner gets an email so they know to follow up. The notification has its own template and can be turned on under Notifications.
  • Style presets and layout templates for proposals — save a house style as a preset and pick from layout templates when starting a new proposal, so a recent design can be rolled out as a reusable starting point.
  • Quotation display modes and image sizing — present quotation groups in pricing or narrative mode and choose a size for arrangement images, giving designers more control over how a proposal reads. See Quotation builder.
  • Proposal numbers — proposals now carry a formatted number that can be toggled on or off in the designer and header, making it easier to reference a specific proposal in client correspondence.
  • Auto-assign designers on confirmation — a new setting assigns an order to the user matching the product’s designer as soon as the order is confirmed, so confirmed work flows straight into the right person’s queue. Configure under Settings > General > Dashboard.
  • NEW PERMISSION: Assigned only — limit a user to seeing only the orders and tasks they’ve been assigned in the Companion App. Useful for floating freelancers or trainees. Configure under Team.
  • Security code for elevated roles — manager and admin roles can require a security code when granting elevated capabilities to a teammate, so privileges aren’t handed out by accident.
  • Default fulfilment methods per location — each location can define its own default fulfilment methods, so the order form picks the right options for the shop the user is logged into.
  • Custom label fonts — order labels printed through Connect can use a chosen font family and size, so labels match your preferred style across printers.
  • Address-only label option — print just the delivery address on the label rather than the full order details, for shops that hand-write the rest or use a separate worksheet.
  • Hierarchical product categories — categories can now have parents and children, with the category table showing the full ancestor path and a count of subcategories. Deletion rules keep the hierarchy intact.
  • Media categories — media library items can be organised into categories from Settings, so moodboards, recipe photos and finished-arrangement shots stay tidy.
  • Toolbox ingredient import — product variants can import ingredient lists and pricing from the Florist Toolbox, including product codes, with a new import modal in the product form. Saves rebuilding recipes by hand. See Recipes.
  • Labour cost in product pricing — variants carry a labour mode and value that flow into the unit price and ingredient retail calculation, aligning the products editor with the quotation pricing formulas.
  • Detailed sales export with product breakdowns — sales exports now include detailed product reports with categories and custom product details, plus a filter to limit the export to specific product sheets.
  • Event analytics by venue, source and type — the Insights report breaks events down by venue, marketing source and event type, so you can see where bookings are coming from and what mix you’re running.
  • Companion App: print labels from the order details screen — print order labels directly from an order’s detail screen, with a quick menu for label printing and task creation. Labels now use a tidier layout with QR codes.
  • Companion App: assign tasks to teammates — the task details screen has a new assign-user modal, so you can reassign or add team members to a task on the floor, with a cleaner display of assignees and checklist status. See Tasks.
  • Companion App: respects the Assigned only permission — the orders and tasks screens hide work that isn’t assigned to the current user when their account has the Assigned only permission.

Changed

  • Peak analytics layout — the peaks overview is reorganised into Overview, Customers & Sales, Products & Workload, and Geography & Forecast tabs, so the report is scannable rather than one long scroll. Metric cards are consolidated to five with descriptive subtitles.
  • Event-managed orders lock line items — orders linked to an event are now treated as event-managed and block direct line-item edits or substitutions, with a clear in-form message that changes belong on the event quotation. Prevents drift between the proposal a client signed and the order the team prepares.
  • Recipient and delivery details on receipts — printed receipts show the recipient and delivery address separately from the customer, making it clearer who the order is for when the buyer and recipient differ.
  • End of Day overview tidy-up — the POS End of Day overview formats currency consistently, separates financial and session totals, and rearranges the cash-up widget for easier closing.
  • POS register layout refresh — the Point of Sale register has a refreshed layout with a back-to-dashboard link and a clearer device selection panel that shows each register’s status.
  • Clearer SMS billing on the About page — the About page shows monthly SMS usage, and SMS failures show a clear reason in the notification logs.
  • Eircode-aware address handling — Irish address lookups validate and prefer Eircodes when finding a delivery pin, improving accuracy for Ireland-based deliveries.
  • Media browser bulk categorisation — the media browser has a redesigned upload area with clearer status indicators and supports bulk category selection, so a batch of images can be filed in one go.
  • Moodboard caption enrichment and palette — moodboards pull image captions automatically and can display the quotation colour palette directly in the proposal moodboard section, tightening the link between proposal visuals and the agreed brief.
  • Delivery settings consolidated — delivery-related settings now live in a dedicated section under Settings > General > Delivery, instead of being scattered across general settings.
  • Companion App: highlighted editable fields on order cards — the order widget shows a clearer highlight colour on editable fields and refreshes badge styling, so you get better visual feedback when filling in order detail.
  • INTEGRATION UPDATE: Direct2Florist — send issues now show on the dashboard with a clear message and a retry button, so they’re spotted and resolved without leaving the dashboard. See Integrations.
  • INTEGRATION UPDATE: Direct2Florist delivery images — delivery and attachment images are sent to Direct2Florist automatically when an order is marked delivered. See Integrations.
  • INTEGRATION UPDATE: Shiptheory — the Shiptheory courier integration accepts a list of preferred service codes, so the courier dropdown only shows services you actually use.
  • INTEGRATION UPDATE: Couriers — the bulk send-to-courier modal replaces the flat dropdown with a searchable grouped picker, making it quicker to find the right service when you have several couriers configured.

Fixed

  • Quotations save before you leave the tab — pending edits are saved when you navigate away from a quotation, so unsaved changes aren’t lost when switching screens.
  • Cancelling a run only removes unconfirmed orders — cancelling a delivery run no longer removes orders that have already been fulfilled. See Delivery.

DeliveryOrders & POSEventsMobileIntegrations
February 2026 release

Added

  • Punctuality monitoring on delivery runs — completed runs are scored against configurable late and very-late thresholds, and the run view shows a punctuality route map so you can see which stops ran behind. See Delivery.
  • Delivery proof photos on the run view — thumbnails of each stop’s delivery photo sit alongside the order, so you can confirm a delivery without switching tabs. See Delivery.
  • Projected return time for runs — driver run data now includes a rough return time based on current progress, surfaced to both drivers and dispatchers.
  • Fulfilment time ranges on orders — set an order to a from-to window (for example, “between 10am and noon”) rather than a single time. See Creating an order.
  • Show or hide proposal totals — toggles to suppress group subtotals and the overall grand total on event proposals, so you control how much pricing detail the client sees. See Proposals.
  • Inspiration colour-palette picker — pull a palette straight from the media library when building a proposal, instead of typing hex codes by hand. See Proposal themes.
  • Companion App: Task attachments — attach photos and files to a task from the task detail screen, with existing attachments shown inline. See Tasks.
  • Companion App: Assign orders from the app — hand an order to a teammate from the order detail screen, mirroring the existing task assignment flow. See Orders.
  • Companion App: Clear Unsynced Updates — a Settings control to drop stuck queued actions without reinstalling, alongside the existing offline queue modal.
  • Driver App: Run timestamps and estimated return — each stop on a run shows planned and actual arrival and departure times, with an estimated return time on the run screen. See For drivers.

Changed

  • Faster dashboard on busy days — non-critical sections load lazily, polling only refreshes what needs it, and order lists load in chunks. Initial load and busy-day responsiveness are noticeably quicker.
  • Tidier orders table — customer name, recipient, address and items now truncate cleanly so columns stay readable on long entries. Form selects are native for better keyboard and screen-reader handling. See Orders.
  • Shopify inbound order refinements — Shopify orders now match a Digital Florists delivery slot from the shipping option name, write readable discount notes onto line items, skip Shopify POS orders so they don’t double up with till sales, and tidy up country fields so addresses come in cleanly. See Website integrations.
  • Uncategorised ingredients surface on quotations — anything not assigned to a category is collected into an Uncategorised bucket with totals, so nothing falls off the bottom of a proposal. See Quotation builder.
  • Funeral details auto-populate from the director — picking a funeral director copies the funeral date, time, and fulfilment window straight onto the new customer form. See Customers.
  • Account payment status on receipts — receipt PDFs and the receipt view now show whether any transactions were settled against a customer account. See Account customers.
  • Printable peak dashboard — the Peak Dashboard has a Print button and dedicated print styles that hide navigation chrome, so the page prints cleanly.
  • Companion App: Order widget readability — inline badges for variants and notes, ingredient summaries expanded by default, and a reorganised metadata layout make order details easier to scan.
  • Companion App: Smoother keyboard handling — task creation now uses keyboard-aware scrolling so the field you’re typing into stays in view, with tidier loading and error states.
  • Companion App: More accurate offline detection — connectivity changes are detected more reliably during patchy signal, so the offline banner and queued uploads match what the device is doing.
  • Companion App: More detail on the About screen — shows the current update source, runtime version, and last-checked time, with snackbar feedback when you check for updates.
  • Driver App: Readable destination names in map handoff — with “Use exact coordinates” turned off, navigation hands the address string to Google or Apple Maps so destinations show with street names.
  • Driver App: Better attachment upload errors — uploads check the file exists and isn’t oversized before sending, with clearer feedback on failure and a longer timeout for large delivery photos on slow connections.
  • Driver App: Tracking and order UI polish — the Tracking Health chip is tappable for more detail, the Enable Background Tracking screen has a tidier layout, and long order status labels truncate cleanly.

Fixed

  • Cancel a stuck delivery-run calculation — clear a stalled run from the run view instead of waiting on a spinner that won’t resolve. Locked runs are also marked calculated straight away.
  • Safer order cancellation with refund errors — invalid transaction IDs and missing payment methods are now caught and surfaced in the Cancel Order screen, and the submit button stays disabled while processing. See Refunds.
  • Block total edits on invoiced orders — editing the total of an order that’s already linked to an invoice is blocked with a clear message asking you to delete the invoice first, so the two can’t disagree on amount. See Invoicing.

AnalyticsOrders & POSEventsMobileIntegrationsNotifications
January 2026 release

Added

  • Product affinity, processing time, sales by occasion, and payment collection — four new blocks in Insights covering which products sell together, how long orders take to mark ready, sales broken down by occasion, and how efficiently payments are being collected. Each block drills in and exports alongside the rest of the analytics suite.
  • Team performance by orders marked ready — a dedicated Insights block showing how many orders each team member has marked ready, with a detailed breakdown and export.
  • Location column on the orders table — multi-location shops can now see which location each order belongs to directly in Orders, and the location selector in the top bar has been polished so the active location name is consistent everywhere.
  • Mark as collected from the payment screen — when taking payment on a collection order you can confirm the handover in the same screen, without bouncing back to the order. See Creating an order.
  • “Allow other” on form fields — select fields on event enquiry forms can offer an “Other” option that lets the customer type their own answer. Submissions display the typed-in value alongside the chosen option. See Form builder.
  • Maintenance banner for scheduled releases — a new in-app banner surfaces scheduled maintenance windows and upcoming release dates, so you know in advance when an update is being deployed.
  • Companion App: rebuilt Mark Orders Ready flow — scan order QR codes to mark them ready from a dedicated screen, with a manual fallback, a running list of successfully scanned orders, and a recovery screen for scans that don’t match. See Companion App.
  • Driver App: report an address issue from an order — flag a bad or unclear address from the order details screen, sending the issue straight back to the shop. Saves a phone call when a drop-off can’t be completed.
  • Companion App: connectivity banner — a banner appears at the top of the app whenever connectivity is lost, so you know why a scan or status change is queueing rather than completing.

Changed

  • Days Active metric in InsightsInsights reports the number of distinct days each user marked orders as ready and uses that figure when calculating averages, so reporting reflects actual working days rather than the calendar range.
  • Delivery analytics grouped by user — delivery insights group by the user who drove the run, and show a clear message when there isn’t enough data to draw a meaningful chart.
  • Advanced background controls on proposals — proposal sections gain blur, text backdrops, and direct image upload via the built-in media library, so hero, mood-board and venue sections can be styled without leaving the editor. See Proposals.
  • Proposal PDFs styled for print — generated proposal PDFs use a print-specific layout with new card styling, so exported pages match the on-screen design more closely across hero, mood-board, venue and arrangement sections.
  • Mandatory and system notifications bypass per-order opt-outs — critical account and operational alerts go out even when a customer has opted out at the order level. Marketing-style notifications still respect the opt-out. See Notifications.
  • Ingredient demand export covers more products — demand exports include dedicated sheets for products without ingredients and for custom one-off products, so buyers can see the full picture rather than only recipe-based items. See Reports.
  • Cleaner address handling across orders and recipients — “customer as recipient” is handled the same way across labels, worksheets, dispatches and POS receipts, so the right contact shows up wherever the order appears. Historic orders are backfilled so the change is invisible day to day.
  • Funeral information on Direct2Florist relayed orders — funeral details are prefixed onto the order instructions when relaying, so the executing florist sees them without digging through a separate field.
  • End a delivery run with incomplete orders — closing a delivery run handles stops that haven’t been delivered, so you can wrap up a route and the remaining orders stay attached to the run record.
  • Seasonal theming retired — Christmas and other seasonal theming has been switched off across the app for a cleaner, year-round look.
  • Driver App: better camera handling — pre-delivery photos, confirm-delivery photos and scan-ready photos share a new image-picker, giving a consistent camera experience across the app.
  • Driver App: one-tap return from Google Maps — opening a Google Maps link from a stop now lets you return to the Driver App with a single tap when you’re done, on both iPhone and Android.
  • Driver App: cleaner handling of completed and cancelled orders — order action buttons, status labels and screens share the same logic for what’s available, so cancelled and completed orders don’t offer actions that wouldn’t apply.

Fixed

  • Transaction customer kept in sync with order changes — changing the customer on an order now updates the matching transaction, so invoices and payment records don’t get stranded against the previous customer.
  • Payment methods sync when enabling POS on a device — toggling POS on for a device copies the current payment methods across automatically, so newly enabled tills don’t start out with an empty payment-method list.
  • Send-to-courier bulk flow — the bulk dispatch screen now picks up the correct recipient names and opens reliably. See Courier orders.
  • Events search defaults to “All” — opening the events index returns matching events across every status by default, instead of pre-filtering to drafts.
  • Dashboard “Not Printed” filter — the Not Printed filter on the dashboard returns the right orders.
  • Order labels print “Card has been written”, “Attach blank card” and “ATT” — these three label types are included in print jobs, so workrooms that rely on these markers as a visual cue see them on the worksheet.
  • Order attachment uploads — photo and file attachments on orders retry more reliably, and the Companion App shows a clear message when an upload fails so you know to try again.
