The Audit Logs track every meaningful change in your shop — who logged in, who edited an order, who issued a refund, who changed a team member’s role. They’re the first thing to check when something looks wrong and you need to know how it got that way.Documentation Index

This page covers features gated by Admin-tier permissions — typically Settings access. Admins have these by default; your administrator can adjust who has them in Settings > Team.
What’s logged
The audit log captures:- Authentication — logins, failed logins, password changes, impersonation events.
- Team changes — adding or removing team members, role changes, permission overrides.
- Order changes — status transitions, manual edits, refunds, voids.
- Settings changes — integrations connected or disconnected, payment-method updates, notification edits.
- Customer changes — merges, deletes, GDPR exports.
Searching and filtering
Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow by date range, user, action type, or affected resource. The search box accepts free-text queries — order numbers, customer names, or keywords from the action description.Retention
Audit logs are kept indefinitely. They are read-only — no one can edit or delete entries, including administrators. Export to CSV if you need to share a slice with your accountant or an external auditor.Common questions
Can I see who looked at an order without changing it?
Can I see who looked at an order without changing it?
Read events aren’t logged at this level of detail. The audit log focuses on changes — who created, edited, or deleted what — to keep the log readable.
Can I export the audit log?
Can I export the audit log?
Yes. Use the Export button on the page to download a CSV of the current filter view.
What if a logged action looks suspicious?
What if a logged action looks suspicious?
Contact hello@digitalflorists.com with the entry ID and a description of what you’re concerned about. The audit log is tamper-evident, so we can always trace the chain of events.
