Customer programmes are the three levers Digital Florists gives you for retention and monetary flow between visits. Loyalty rewards regulars, gift cards take money before an order exists, and Send to a Friend fills delivery gaps with partner florists.
This page covers features gated by Admin-tier permissions — typically Settings access. Admins have these by default; your administrator can adjust who has them in Settings > Team.
Each programme is independent — turn on what suits your shop and ignore the rest. They sit together in settings because they share the same job: keeping customers (and orders) in the network.

Which one is right for you?

ProgrammeWhat it doesReach for it when
Loyalty ProgrammeRewards customers for repeat orders with points or a digital punchcard. You want to give regulars a reason to come back instead of trying somewhere new.
Gift CardsSells credit ahead of an order so the recipient (or buyer) can spend it later.A customer wants to give flowers but can’t pick — or you want money in the till today for an order you’ll fulfil later.
Send to a FriendForwards orders to a partner florist on Digital Florists when the address is outside your coverage. You’re turning away delivery work because it’s too far, or you want a steady trickle of inbound orders from partner shops.
Loyalty and gift cards work well together. Loyalty keeps existing customers coming back; gift cards bring new ones through the door with credit already in their hand.
