Choosing your loyalty mode
Go to Settings > Loyalty to pick the mode that suits your shop:Points mode
Customers earn points on their purchases and redeem them for discounts on future orders. Configure:- Earning rate: How many points customers earn per pound spent (e.g., 1 point per £1)
- Redemption rate: How much each point is worth when redeemed (e.g., 100 points = £1 off)
- Minimum redemption: The smallest number of points that can be redeemed in one go
Punchcard mode
Customers earn a stamp (punch) with each qualifying purchase. After collecting enough stamps, they unlock a reward. This is simpler than points and easy for customers to understand — like a digital version of a paper stamp card. How customers earn rewards
Points mode: Points are earned automatically when a customer completes a purchase. Points are calculated on the order total after any discounts. Punchcard mode: Customers earn a punch with each qualifying purchase. Once they’ve collected enough punches, the reward is available to redeem. In both modes, the customer needs to be assigned to the order (either selected during order creation or logged in on the website) for their loyalty to be credited. How customers redeem rewards
When a customer has enough points or a completed punchcard, they can use their reward at checkout:- Online: They see their loyalty balance and can choose to apply it to the order
- In-store: The POS shows the customer’s loyalty balance and lets you apply it
