As a driver, everything you need is in the Digital Florists App on your phone. You’ll use it to see your delivery runs, navigate to each stop, and confirm deliveries with a photo. This page gets you set up and ready for your first run.

Getting started

1

Download the app

The app is available on both iPhone and Android:
  • iPhone — search for “Digital Florists” in the App Store
  • Android — search for “Digital Florists” in Google Play
More about the app →
2

Open the app and enter your Florist Path — this is your shop’s unique code. Your manager will give you this, or you can scan the QR code on the shop’s dashboard. Then log in with the username and password your manager set up for you.
If your manager has printed a QR code for you, just scan it — it fills in the Florist Path and username automatically.
3

Check your delivery runs

Once you’re logged in, you’ll see your assigned delivery runs on the home screen. Each run shows the number of stops, the total orders, and the run status.Tap a run to see all the stops — you’ll see the recipient name, address, time slot, and order details for each one.

Making deliveries

When you’re ready to head out:
1

Start the run

Tap Start Run when you’re loaded up and ready to go. This lets the shop know you’re on your way and, if enabled, starts sharing your live location with customers.
2

Navigate to each stop

Tap the address on any stop to open it in your preferred maps app — Google Maps, Waze, or Apple Maps. You can change which app opens in the app settings.
3

Confirm the delivery

When you’ve delivered the order:
  1. Tap the order
  2. Tap Confirm Delivery
  3. Take a photo of the arrangement at the delivery location
  4. Add a note if needed (e.g., “Left with neighbour” or “Handed to receptionist”)
  5. Mark as Delivered
The photo is sent to the customer automatically as proof of delivery, so make sure it looks good — show the flowers clearly, in good light, with a clean background.
4

Handle problems

If you can’t deliver an order (nobody home, wrong address, etc.), you can:
  • Mark as Carded — leave a note saying where you left the flowers or that you’ll try again
  • Remove from Run — if you can’t deliver at all, remove the stop and add a note explaining why
The shop will see this immediately and can follow up with the customer.Full delivery guide →
Your delivery photos are sent directly to the customer. Take a moment to place the arrangement somewhere presentable before photographing — a clean doorstep, a table, or handed to the recipient. No van dashboards, no bins in the background.

Scan & Deliver

If your run hasn’t been pre-planned, you can build one on the fly using Scan & Deliver. Scan the QR code on each order’s worksheet as you load the van, and the app creates your run automatically. More about the driver app →

Location tracking

Your manager may ask you to enable location tracking in the app settings. When turned on, the shop can see where you are during active runs, and customers with tracking links can see an estimated arrival time. Tracking only runs while you have an active delivery run — it switches off automatically when you finish.
