The Event Calendar is the central truth for your business availability. It combines confirmed bookings, tentative inquiries, and consultation appointments into a single graphical interface.
The calendar offers two distinct modes for different planning horizons.

Month View

Strategic Planning. Use this view to check availability when a customer asks “Are you free on August 12th?”.
  • Dots: Each dot represents an event.
  • Colors:
    • Gray: Inquiry / Tentative.
    • Green: Quote Accepted / Booked.
    • Red: Fully Booked (if you use capacity limits).

Features

Drag & Drop

Easily reschedule a consultation by dragging it to a new time slot. Note that major events usually require changing the date in the event details to ensure all logistics are updated.

Filtering

Toggle visibility for:
  • Events: Confirmed weddings/functions.
  • Consultations: Initial meetings with clients.
  • Deliveries: Large event drop-offs.
  • Staff Holidays: See who is away.

Consultations

You can book consultations directly onto the calendar.
  • Link them to an existing Enquiry/Event.
  • Add notes (e.g., “Bring swatches”).
  • Set reminders.
