Integrations connect Digital Florists to the other tools and services you use. Once connected, data flows automatically so you don’t have to enter things twice.
This page covers features gated by Admin-tier permissions — typically Settings access. Admins have these by default; your administrator can adjust who has them in Settings > Team.

Relay networks

Receive orders from relay networks directly into your dashboard.
  • Direct2Florist has full two-way integration. Orders typically appear within a few seconds, and when you mark an order as delivered, the status updates on D2F automatically.
  • Send to a Friend and other relay providers can also be connected.

Courier services

Generate shipping labels and tracking numbers for orders going by post or parcel courier.
  • Shiptheory — UK/EU multi-carrier aggregator. Reach Royal Mail, DPD, ParcelForce, Evri, UPS, FedEx, DHL and others through your Shiptheory account.
  • ShipStation — Global multi-carrier aggregator. Surfaces every carrier you’ve linked in ShipStation as a service option.
  • Nova Post — Direct Nova Post integration (single carrier).
See Courier Orders for how to set Courier as a fulfilment method, book labels, and handle the order through delivery.

Payment providers

Process card payments online and in-store.
  • Stripe is used for payments. Connect it in Settings > Integrations > Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are enabled automatically. Stripe also supports in-store card terminals for POS payments.

Website integrations

If you have an online shop, Digital Florists can receive orders from a range of e-commerce platforms. Orders from your website appear directly on your dashboard alongside phone and relay orders. Supported platforms include Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and others — check Settings > Integrations to see what’s available.

Accounting exports

Export your financial data in a format compatible with your accounting software:
  • Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage formatted exports are available from Analytics > Export > Financials
  • Choose the Accounting Export option and select your software to download a spreadsheet in the correct format
These are downloadable exports, not a live sync — you download the file and import it into your accounting software.

Common questions

No. Only connect the services you actually use. Each integration is optional and independent.
Check the integration status in Settings > Integrations. If there’s a connection issue, you’ll see an error message with steps to reconnect. Failed relay orders also appear as alerts on your dashboard.
Check that the integration is active in Settings > Integrations. For Direct2Florist, make sure your shop is set to “Open” on the D2F network. If you use Interflora or eFlorist via Connect, check Connect’s Relay Settings and make sure the portal session is still valid.
Restart the payment terminal and check your Wi-Fi connection. In your dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations and verify the terminal status. For Stripe terminals, make sure the terminal is paired in Settings > Integrations > Stripe. If a card payment is declined, ask the customer to try a different card.
