This page covers features gated by Admin-tier permissions — typically Settings access. Admins have these by default; your administrator can adjust who has them in Settings > Team.
How it works
- Open Settings > Refer a Friend.
- Share your referral link with another florist (email, text, in person — however you like).
- They sign up using your link and become a paying customer.
- You receive account credit at the rate shown on the page.
What you’ll see
- Your referral link — copy it from the page or share it via the built-in email and message buttons.
- Pending referrals — florists who’ve signed up via your link but haven’t reached the qualifying milestone yet.
- Successful referrals — those who have qualified, plus the credit you’ve earned.
- Total credit earned — applied automatically to your next invoice.

No. Refer as many florists as you like. Each successful referral adds credit.

When the referred shop pays their first full subscription invoice. Trial sign-ups don’t count until they convert.
Can I take the credit as cash?
