Products & Inventory is where your shop’s catalogue lives. Set up the bouquets, plants, gifts, and add-ons you sell, maintain a master list of the stems, foliage, and sundries that go into them, turn on stock control if you want it, and run promotions when you need them.

What’s in this section

Products

The bouquets, plants, and items customers see — variants, pricing, recipes, and categories.

Ingredients

The master list of stems, foliage, and sundries you use to make arrangements. (Lives under Events because it’s gated by the events permission.)

Importing Data

Bring products and ingredients in from spreadsheets, including migrations from other systems.

Inventory

Stock control for products and ingredients — turn it on when you want to track what’s in the cooler.

Promotions

Discount codes and special offers for customers.

How the pieces fit together

A quick mental model:
  • Products are what your customers see and buy — “Red Rose Hand-Tied”, a chocolate box, a vase.
  • Ingredients are the raw materials that go into them: stems, foliage, ribbon, packaging.
  • A product variant’s ingredient list (sometimes called a recipe) is what powers cost prices, margin reporting, and shopping lists.
  • Inventory covers stock control on top — turn it on per variant when you want orders to deduct stock automatically.
  • Imports is the spreadsheet on-ramp for setting all of the above up in bulk.
  • Promotions sit alongside: discount codes that adjust prices at checkout.
You can run a shop with just Products. Add Ingredients to your variants when you want margin and shopping-list reporting. Turn on stock control when you want to track what’s left in the cooler.
