Connect keeps your Interflora orders and your Digital Florists shop in step. Sign in to the Florist Hub once on this device, and Connect handles the rest — pulling new orders, attaching makeup sheets, and picking up delivery statuses as you mark them off in the Hub.Documentation Index

What it does
Once you’re signed in to Interflora through Connect, the integration runs quietly in the background:- Pulls incoming relay orders from the Florist Hub into Digital Florists
- Downloads the makeup sheet PDF for each order and attaches it
- Picks up your florist ID automatically so orders are tagged to the right shop
- Reads Delivered statuses from the Florist Hub and forwards them to Digital Florists, so your order records stay in sync
- Plays a sound when a new order comes through, so you don’t miss one
Connect only reads from the Florist Hub — it doesn’t update anything on Interflora’s side. You still mark orders as Delivered in the Florist Hub yourself; Connect just listens and passes those statuses through to Digital Florists.
Setting it up
You only need to do this once per device. Connect remembers your sign-in between restarts.Sign in to Interflora
Sign in with your usual Interflora florist credentials, exactly as you would in your browser.
How orders flow
Here’s what happens when a new relay order lands on Interflora:- The order appears on the Florist Hub orders page in the usual way.
- Connect picks the order up, downloads the makeup sheet PDF using your signed-in session, and sends both to Digital Florists.
- Digital Florists creates the order and attaches the makeup sheet.
- If the order already exists in Digital Florists, Connect tells you so rather than creating a duplicate — useful when several staff members are working the Hub at once.
How status sync works
Connect checks the Florist Hub in the background for today’s orders. When it sees an order you’ve marked as Delivered on Interflora, it forwards that status to Digital Florists so your order records match. The flow is one-way: Florist Hub → Connect → Digital Florists. Connect doesn’t push anything back to Interflora — you still mark statuses in the Hub yourself, exactly as you do now.Only delivery statuses are forwarded. Earlier statuses like Accepted stay on Interflora’s side and are reflected in Digital Florists when the order is first created.
Clearing your Interflora sign-in
If sign-in starts misbehaving, go to Settings > Relay Settings and click Clear Interflora Sign-In. Connect wipes its saved Florist Hub session on this device, and you can sign in fresh from the Dashboard. If an individual order didn’t make it through, open the Florist Hub in Connect — a Retry banner appears over any orders Connect has flagged so you can resend them from the portal itself.Common questions
Do I need to keep the Hub window open all day?
Do I need to keep the Hub window open all day?
Yes — Connect needs the Florist Hub window open in the background while it’s syncing. Don’t close it during the day; you can quit Connect at end of day, and reopen it (and sign in again if prompted) the next morning.

Can two people use the same Interflora login on different machines?
Can two people use the same Interflora login on different machines?
Yes. Each machine signs in independently and keeps its own Connect session. Connect makes sure the same status isn’t forwarded twice, so you won’t get duplicates in Digital Florists.
Does Connect change anything on Interflora's side?
Does Connect change anything on Interflora's side?
No. Connect only reads orders and statuses from the Florist Hub. You still mark orders off in Interflora yourself, just as you do today.
