This page covers features gated by Admin-tier permissions — typically Settings access. Admins have these by default; your administrator can adjust who has them in Settings > Team.
What you’ll see
- Your plan — the plan name, what’s included, and the limits that apply.
- Usage — current month’s order count, team member count, integration count, and any other metered fields. If you’re approaching a limit, you’ll see a warning before you hit it.
- Renewal date — when your next billing cycle begins.
- Support contact — the email address and best route to reach the support team.
Changing plan
Plans can be changed from this page. Click Change plan to see the options. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.Common questions

What happens if I hit a usage limit?
You’ll see warnings in the UI as you approach the limit. Hitting a hard limit (orders-per-month, team members, integrations) means new ones can’t be added until the next billing cycle or you upgrade your plan.
