The Areas Overview is a geographic view of where your orders are coming from. It rolls up orders by postcode area (or delivery zone) so you can spot which neighbourhoods you’re strong in, where you have growth opportunity, and where you might want to adjust your delivery slots or marketing.Documentation Index

What you’ll see

- Revenue — total spend from this area.
- Average order value — useful for comparing areas of similar volume.
- Delivery vs other fulfilment — split by fulfilment method.
Filtering and exporting
- Date range — defaults to the last 30 days; change to any period.
- Order source — limit to website orders, phone orders, walk-ins, or all sources.
- Exclude POS orders — useful if you want to see only delivery-fulfilment orders rather than till sales.
How orders are mapped to areas
Orders are bucketed by the delivery address postcode, falling back to the customer’s billing address if delivery isn’t set. Walk-in POS orders without a delivery address are grouped under “No address (POS)” by default — use the exclude-POS filter to remove them.Common questions
